Negative: Lift does not work (stairs a torture). Heating insufficient. Shower without holder. Rip off..........

Very bad for the money.

I booked only one night, but it was horrible. the worst hotel of my life with a difference. I arrived early in the morning, like 1 a.m. room 11. Everything is old, an antro. The worst, nothing more than falling into bed began to bite my legs. I thought it was mosquitoes but no, there were insects on the mattress: fleas and ants. When I realized I had bites in my legs, back, neck and hair, I was tired and I couldn't sleep. I picked up my pillow and found the final surprise: the remains of an ejaculation from an earlier client!! I got down and asked for an explanation and room change.

Hotel over the limit but given the price we didn't expect much. But the manager is more than unpleasant and I weigh my words. Room right next to his place. He talks on the phone, loudspeaker on until over 1am. When we ask him if he can sleep he tells us that we need to get some Kies balls. The next day he asks how our night went (is he laughing at us?) then we tell him that he hasn't been very respectful. What did we say to us? He's very aggressive and doesn't understand what we're trying to explain calmly. He's getting more aggressive and at the edge of politeness. He ends up firing us, literally, as we're demanding information, saying we're being aggressive, for 50 years and I'm 79 years old and with no respect for my mother! etc.

This is a bad hotel, an aggressive boss.

It's a small, unpretentious hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are not new, but clean enough. There's no breakfast on offer. But the boss is extremely friendly. The location is idyllic (two steps from the Eastern train station, near the St. Martin's Canal, lots of mouth shops...) and the price is unbeatable.

Excellent value for money

150 euros for 2 nights for 3 people, very cheap given that the hotel is located in a quiet street and close to transport, but at this price in Paris you should not expect luxury.

Home more than unpleasant and neglectful, perpetual scent in the stairwell, tiny and dirty room, furnished with remnants worthy of the debris of theemmaus, covers stained bed and avaricious bed, old bathroom, a passing hotel on the edge, and more.

Fleeing

The worst hotel we've ever booked in our life. I can't explain to me how you can promote it. No space at all, no elevator, no breakfast, an uncomfortable bed, little internet, few towels. One pocilga!!!A horror!!!! They should take it off the websites!!!!The only good thing is that it was close to a train station, but far from the center just as much!!!

Worse impossible!!!

Hard to believe, but it's true - my mom has never been to Paris before. So I quite spontaneously booked a hotel and a train connection for us. Since I was so euphoric, but I only looked after the booking how the hotel was rated. And I must admit what I read was very shocking at first. After a short consultation with my mom, who was so pleased with the surprise, I didn't cancel my booking - thankfully!!! The hotel, which is not five minutes' walk from Gare de l'Est, is unlike what is described in the comments, although not the most modern, but clean - as you can see in the pictures. The service is also very nice and convenient. For 60 euros / 2 people, you're perfectly fine in Paris - hello.

Paris with Mom

60€, in the centre of Paris, 2 minutes from the metro and 5 minutes from the Canal Saint Martin. That sums up this hotel. At this price you can't expect great luxury. There's the minimum you need. The positive point c is that c is really clean everything was cleaned impeccably. The other good point c is that the hotel is in a small street c is very quiet especially when the central room is facing the court. The reception is warm. The less good points, of course, the hotel is also decorated, the sheets and the covers are clean, but we had a bed covering that is a bit average. But the isolation of the rooms is not terrible you can see everything that happens in the hotel.

Medium but very well placed

Obviously at 60 euros a night in the middle of Paris you can't expect much. And so we just had a room with no sound at all, with a radiator that didn't work well, no bathtub plug, two unfortunate tiny bath towels, the strict minimum level of beds (old student dormitory style beds).
