We stayed 2 nights in April. 40 Euros per night including free wifi and parking. Hotel has a private garage, but limited places. So need a pre-reservation for a parking spot. Just 5 to 7 minutes walk to the shrine. Owner is also the manager, doesn't smile but quite friendly and flexible. Room was okay but had no fridge, microwave or a kettle. Also no tea, coffee, water in the room. We could keep some food in the fridge in the restaurant. 
The problem was the bathroom. Big spacious bathroom specially built for invalids. After a shower the whole floor is full of water. There is a viper in the bathroom to clean the water. May be this is not the case in every room. There is a spacious reception and a nice bar in the ground floor. Tea, coffee and drinks are very reasonably priced. Value for money. 

Value for money!

The hotel was well located, within a 5-7 minute walk from the Sanctuary and yet not in the middle of bustle.All the shops and plenty of restaurants were very close by. You could walk comfortably almost anywhere. 
Rooms were clean, well appointed with good ensuite facilities. A good breakfast was laid out daily.
The staff was helpful and polite always.
All in all excellent value for the price.

Have stayed here with a tour group . This 2 star  hotel family run. had no problems clean rooms food ok and very close to the shrine. The staff would do anything for you.

I have stayed in this hotel for some years as part of a children's pilgrimage. The first time I stayed was in 1988 and although the hotel has not changed particularly I could never fault the service and friendly atmosphere that the staff provide.

I like this basic but friendly hotel

Have had a great trip to Lourdes,but just to let you know that this "hotel" is not of a good standard.No clean bed linen for the week ,staff that were so rude,there was no way you could have a late morning as the staff would keep banging the door.And I would not recommend the food either.It has been the worst experience I have ever had.
