Two nights in a room the size of a Parisian apartment, the extra tranquility! Super renovation of this particular hotel for the comfort of visitors. Ideally located to visit the city. Very professional accommodation.

Always very nice...

It was a delight to stay in this Hotel Particulier. All the attention to detail made it a very pleasurable experience - the breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. The bedroom had good quality bed linen, was spacious and comfortable. 

We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel

A perfect place to stay

A beautiful house, spotlessly clean and very comfortable.
Huge, super comfortable bed, all the amenities you could possibly need, including lovely, fluffy bathrobes.
The pool area is just sublime and a very nice touch at the end of a hot, summer day. A lovely garden for communal use as well.
Limited parking outside the house but public underground parkings not even 200m away, and you can pull up outside for a short amount of time to unpack the car, if needed.
Note that check in is really as of 5pm.
I’d say the only down sides we could potentially mention were the heat in the one-bedroom house but this is not at all the fault of the house itself, we are just living through a heatwave right now, and the fact that the portable air conditioning unit in place was so loud so you just couldn’t have it on overnight and then the room gets very stuffy.
We didn’t explore the area too much but there are restaurants and shops very close by and the Le Mans 24 Museum is about a 15 mins drive away. 
We’d stay here again if we’re ever the area!

A lovely find!

Very warm accommodation, very comfortable and spacious room. Nothing is missing. This hotel is a quiet haven hidden in the centre of Le Mans. The indoor pool under the vaults is very pleasant. Very good breakfast, cozy and of high quality.

Hotel confidential and exceptional in the centre of Le Mans

The owner, Cécile, is really very nice, touching, sincere and caring and helps her customers with affection. Beautiful location almost in the city centre and the historic area (like the Cathedral and all its surroundings) The room is very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is very personal and with the quality of the good markets.

A house shop hotel

Recently, we've had a change of ownership. Disrespectful hygiene conditions, hair and hair in the shower, dog hair in the room when we arrived, dust not made in the living rooms... The landlady has been particularly insulting to us without reason. From the first minute in the place, the feeling of being uncomfortable. Not being welcome. Aggression for 20 minutes of laughter on arrival. A manager who dared to blame us for being late, to dare to drink a champagne flute at the edge of her establishment pool with a little music coming from our cell phone when no one else was at the venue.

An institution to run away from

We stayed one night at the private hotel. Just fine for the renovation Bravo for the chic and classy decoration. Thanks for your kindness We know where to stay if we come back to Le Mans 😊

That's good.

Cecile is an extremely attentive hostess to the well-being of her guests. The place is just magical, confidential and quiet although it is right in the city centre. The rooms are beautiful and very well maintained. The almost private pool in the old cellars makes the atmosphere particularly charming for a good time to relax.

Everything was perfect! I recommend, refurbished with pleasure, nice room, very clean, quality service, good quality and price ratio, friendly and professional welcome, I had a very pleasant time!

We're going back to Le Mans just to stay there warm friendly welcome the places are beautiful geographical location to visit Le Mans impeccable. very nice pool everything is organized to satisfy us. I thank Celine for our great stay before the lockdown because we keep in mind the happiness of this place and her welcome. The fear of finding more room because too much success c is all the bad that we wish her because believe me if you go home she would want you back. Unforgettable!
