As soon as you walk through the front door of the residence, you tell yourself that the holidays are going to be magnificent.... All these joyful colorful houses inspire you happiness in a luxurious garden where every flower illuminates your eyes..... Comfort is ubiquitous, both on the terrace and inside the house: Very nice garden furniture, Hamac, very large terrace and interior design offers you unparalleled comfort. Everything is well thought out, dishwasher, laundry... All the amenities are available to you!!!! The rooms are spacious and air conditioned. Dispersed in the garden, Spas are available to you and the swimming pool overflowing just one.. To prevent this, the residence at the beautiful Simona is on a fairly frequent vacation address in Guadeloupe. After a week of cleaning, the Royal Roadside is a great place to spend a good night, and I will tell you that after a few minutes of our accommodation, we have a great accommodation at the beach.

A great stay in a lovely home

Everything is designed for us to have a great vacation, very clean rooms with air conditioning, equipped kitchen, jacuzzi, barbecue... beautiful swimming pool with water, games for children we stayed there for three weeks in December-January.

The perfect place to live

Fantastic stay at Residence Simona, the bungalow is very large and very well equipped, the swimming pool and jacuzzis are superb! The site is close to the road but we didn't hear the cars at all. 5min drive from the beautiful beaches of Perle and Grande Anse. Vanessa and her dad are welcoming and listening. Sauna and room to teach Creole cooking lessons under construction.

It's wonderful.

We had a wonderful vacation in Guadeloupe. We stayed at the Simona Residence for all our holidays and we were delighted. We were 2 adults and 2 children. The services provided are of an excellent level, very clean, space for the whole family. Very well decorated, not far from the road but very quiet. No worries about the jacuzzi, Vanessa and her dad are very friendly and very good advice. Three miles away by car from the beautiful pearl and great anchovy beaches. In short, what happiness! I hope to return there!

What a wonderful vacation in Guadeloupe

With all these beautiful comments we went there with our eyes closed. What a disappointment! We thought we would get to the heart of nature, finally we are at the edge of a very passing road in the middle of construction sites. The overflowing pool is beautiful but it is not heated and it is not hot, it is colder than the sea! The spas give off a terrible smell of irritating products and despite the instructions to open and turn them a little before you enter you can't swim without crying and crying! Mosquito nets in the windows would be the welcome. Proposal to exempt us from housekeeping for 60€ is excessive. Apart from this, we have been very well received and the residence (which looks like a campsite rather than for me) is very clean and the bungalow (which is also very well maintained) is also very clean and bungalow.

Big disappointment

Tres welcome, clean house in the whole, unpractical swimming pool too cold, sauna under construction, spa swimming pool broke down, spas with harmful products all the residents cough, everything necessary is present in the house, no wifi in the house, no satellite TV channels, private beach a little further than planned but tres beautiful, parking and common tres clean, lack of products taken mmoustiques, near road tres noisy, near spa housing noisy especially when neighbors are not very respectful, short vacation not tres restful but pretty guadeloupe

Not as planned.

Vanessa and her father welcomed us very well, and the house was spacious, pleasant, clean, well decorated, and well equipped, each with its own terrace and hammock, and a jacuzzi and barbecue a few yards away.

Nice and comfortable residence between Sainte Rose and Dehaies

We had a wonderful 5 night stay here in a self contained bungalow.  Our place had everything you could want and some nice personal touches.  There is also a pool and spa onsite.  We were very comfortable.

We even met the owner briefly.  But the highlight was how helpful they were when we arrived very late due to a delayed flight.  Thank you Marika!

We highly recommend you stay here.  It has all you could want and is well located to see the sights of Guadeloupe. YMMV

A real find!

Being a difficult level of cleanliness and comfort, I have no words... It was perfect!! The whole kitchen I cooked for 4 all day long. There is even a blender. The pool and spas are clean and the site is nice. Well located for shopping around, full of beach around. See pearl beach. Air more than efficient!

Just perfect.

It is a pity that the photos on the websites do not represent the beauty of the setting. Everything is done to make you feel at home. The owners are as pleasant as available. The residence benefits from the fact that it is a few minutes walk from a supermarket for morning crocodiles (for those who want to do more you are 5 minutes by car from the super U).
