What can I say??!.. an exceptional setting, a top-notch southern cuisine.,!! a staff with little care.. thanks to Nelson and Lilou...,,, late night at the bar..magical cocktail.., thanks to the great master... Marcel... This is an address, certainly top notch, but made once in a lifetime!!  ✌️🙏

The Dream!

We were two friends here for four days. Everything was perfect: the hotel, the view, the bedroom and the restaurant but the problem is the pool because for two days a couple put their baby about a year old with her diapers in the water and this in the presence of the staff who said nothing. Needless to say, this is not done and included in a 600 euro palace at night!

THREE well-safe little problem

I recommend, care staff and facility very well located! during our stay of 7 days we appreciated the quality of the room service and the availability of management. This is the second year we come and we are still not disappointed with the trip!

Excellent price ratio: clean, functional, well-placed

Very small, but very cozy and very clean Hotel. All within easy reach (wait station, bus stop, two supermarkets: one near the waiting station, and the other on the way to the beach) to the beach in 5 minutes.

That's great!

A small hotel ideally located in Beaulieu, close to shops, the train station and the sea. A rather old hotel which has been renovated, cleaned and well furnished. The reception is very cordial, with explanations about the city and surroundings. A small but well furnished and comfortable room. Insulation from the outside to the top, a little less well from the inside.

That's right.

I was working at this years Monaco Boat Show and stayed here for 5 nights. The link to Monaco is a very easy train ride from the station which is a 5 minute walk away.

The train is quiet in the morning to Monaco but be prepared for the a bit of a platform crush back in the evenings. As the train ride is only 8 minutes to Beaulieu su Mer you can easily stand for the trip if you don't get a seat.

The Hotel is best suited to the quieter traveller which retains the peaceful atmosphere of the place. There is no catering but there is a breakfast room which has a coffee machine and kettle for you to make a drink. Usefully it has a fridge which is sectioned off into lockable compartments each with your room number on so that you can keep milk and any other items you want to keep cool. There is a supermarket close to the railway station and so you can stock up there with all the items you would need for a do it yourself breakfast. It works well.

There are some really nice looking cafes a short walk away all of which are open in the evening and there are some places open in the morning for coffee if you want that but I preferred to buy bits and pieces from the bakery in that local supermarket.

The room was clean and tidy and cleaned daily. The room was not large but the prices are very reasonable for the area and its clean. 

The owners are lovely people who give you a warm welcome and a map to find your way around the area. 

There are no downsides if you are looking for well priced and peaceful accommodation.

A quiet and pleasant Hotel

The hotel was family friendly and unobtrusive, the owners, without the elevator, helped us with the suitcases, which is a special thank you. The hotel was quite quiet. We had a comfortable room with a balcony, the room was modest, but everything was functionally arranged, not tight. Very good location, close to the port and two beaches. The beaches themselves are very picturesque, but the water is muddy, there are jellyfish, this should be taken into account. There were flaws with Wi-Fi (not always caught in the room), but for us it was not important.

The hotel is completely in line with the description.

A small family run hotel, ideally situated in the centre of Beaulieu sur Mer. Although the rooms aren’t spacious the bed was very comfortable, shower excellent and air conditioning efficient. 
There is a breakfast room with kettle and coffee making machine and each room has its own small lockable fridge which is a great idea.
 The outside area is shaded but could be a bit more inviting and comfortable.
WiFi is only available on the ground floor but the charming hosts made us feel very welcome and so all in it it definitely ticked a lot of boxes.

Small but great location.

Hotel full of charm very well located. Quiet, clean and cozy room. Warm reception. The manager provided us with a plan and advice on transportation to Monaco. Free parking 10 minutes walk in low season

A quiet weekend.

Visited this hotel with work colleagues who I took on an incentive trip. Check in was a little slow. I thought the rooms would be bigger for the price. Beautiful views and easy to walk into Cap Ferat from the Hotel.  Drinks are extortionate. Have stayed in much better value for money 5 star hotels than this.
