I couldn’t be happier with the customer service received by Patricia from this hotel. 
My boyfriend was at the hotel in a business trip and his birthday was in that week. After asking the hotel if they could prepare a small surprise for him in the room, I was impressed by the result and all the availability, effort and kindness Patricia showed in this process.
I felt extremely happy and my boyfriend had no words to describe his happiness too.

Excellent Customer Service 

Hotel restaurant logis de France located on the Avesnes exit on helpe.The rooms may seem old, but the price ratio is more than adequate and the staff is rather pleasant.

All right, then.

In this time of lockdown it is not easy to find an open hotel. We have been loyal to it for a long time and it was to them that we thought first. Always ready to serve whatever the difficulty. An unusual service. An unparalleled kindness. The staff is very attentive. Thank you thank you. Thank you thank you. Even in this area of hospitality we need you. We highly recommend this establishment and we hope very soon the restaurant that for now prepares delicious dishes. See you very soon.

A big thank you and a big thank you

As for the room, it's the right size for a 2 star, it's clean, I regretted the lack of a courtesy board, and the size of the TV... tiny, a post stamp set on the wall.... Breakfast is very good. I took a good price-quality evening stage, served bemool, the dish is not edible but the hotel is for nothing since it deals with the restaurant only in relation to the price quality.

pretty pleasant

When we arrived on Sunday, there was no one to meet in the building; the room was rented from the nearby restaurant. Room visits were not possible before; the rooftop was somewhat narrow, but convenient and clean. Parking is available. The breakfast was very extensive for us, presumably the only guests in French circumstances. Here we would definitely return for a night.

A simple country hotel

Comfortable and quiet hotel. Friendly staff. Easy access and parking. Cleanliness of the establishment. Cozy breakfast. Possibility of dining nearby - restaurant La Pentière (stage evening). Good quality/price ratio.

Enjoy the evening stage

We were very disappointed with the hotel Les Paturelles. We had chosen it because it was close and partner of the restaurant La Pannetière where we wanted to return. Unfortunately the hotel is opposite this restaurant... Well, in itself, it's still fine. The outside is still fine and it's pretty well located. The price is right to see even cheap. The reception was very friendly. On the other hand, it's the inside that coins. It's a little outdated but nothing serious. The black dots are the bed - not terrible at all - and the cleanliness: work on the bed covers, dust, spider webs, and a hair with hair and attention on it (so that a large door also needs to be removed in the bathroom or bathroom, but I'd have to do it anyway!).

Very disappointed.....

I stayed 2 nights in this establishment in the evening stage, when we book a hotel classified 1 chimney and 2 coconuts we are warned... knowing that the best-rated hotels are worse than this one... Anyway there is nothing to blame, it is true that the rooms are old but they are clean, on arrival there is a bottle of water at Disposition... The WIFI allows to work... The refinery is spent in a nearby restaurant (5 minutes walk) The Pen'tière: nothing to blame a nice steel and fresh products in the dish... With a very nice terrace service in June... Note the Little Breakfast, composed of Croatian Raphin's, just ask for an exception because they read Breakfast but then they'll be back... I should check out this quality of the food... When they come back from the kitchen... I'll have to check out the quality of the food...

Good value for money...

Old and used room, not air-conditioned but not very hot, smells a bit of humidity. Since the hotel is located on the side of a road passing through, you can expect the sound of cars even if you have a room facing the back. You can hear the noise of other guests in the hallway as if the door were open. The bathroom is tired. Finally, something to avoid.

Not terrible at all.

I am reviewing this taking into account the price paid - it was pretty inexpensive but clearly it isn't the most luxurious hotel in the world.

There was parking on site and the opportunity to buy a beer (but only up to 8pm most days, but seemingly not Sundays when reception closed earlier).

It was clean and functional enough.

Whilst the staff didn't speak a great deal of English, they were really friendly and we could communicate for most things but they were resourceful enough to use Google Translate when the need arose on the more complicated questions.

The breakfast was decent enough, without being spectacular.

The biggest downside was the fact that there was a fair bit of traffic noise as the hotel is situated right at the side of the road. There was no air conditioning in our room and the room faced the sun and it got pretty hot in there. When we opened the window it let the traffic noise in to a greater degree.

We would definitely consider staying there again as it is good value.

Every room was occupied, so presumably other people thought so, too (and quite a few had stayed there previously).

One strange thing though as another guest pointed out - it is the only hotel where the photos on the internet booking site make it look worse than it actually is!
