Please inform Beachside West Townhome in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to check-in. Please note the photo identification used by the guest must match the name on the reservation. The property management company, Panhandle Getaways, will send the guest a rental agreement. This must be signed electronically by the guest online prior to arrival. Guests may contact the property directly to confirm any additional fees. After booking, guests will receive instructions from the property to download a third party mobile check-in application to their iOS or Android device. If no information is received from the mobile application, guests must call the property prior to arrival.
