Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Panhandle Getaways will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Fri 01 Nov 2019 until Sun 01 Mar 2020 Please note guests must be at least 25 years of age to check in and photo identification must match the name on reservation. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed electronically online prior to arrival. Guests can contact property directly to confirm additional fees After booking, guests will receive instructions from the property to download a mobile check-in application to their iOS or Android device.
