This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of GBP 350 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited and guests found smoking will be charged a GBP 300 fine. Please note that visitors are not allowed. If visitors are found in the property the guest will be charged a fee of GBP 350. Kindly note the guest is liable for any damages made to the property by themselves during their stay, and will be charged for damages if necessary. If guests delay the cleaners from beginning their cleaning at the predetermined check-out time, guests will be charged 50 GBP. This fee is applied to any late checkout between 11 am and 1 pm. Any guest who is still in the location after 1 pm will be charged for an extra night. This does not apply if a a late checkout has been approved in advance. There may be scaffolding outside of the windows during your stay, there is no work taking place outside of the building and the building management is in the process of taking them off.
