En cas de violation de l'ordonnance, la loi thaïlandaise prévoit une peine pouvant aller jusqu'à cinq ans de prison et/ou une amende pouvant atteindre 100 000 bahts (environ 3 000 dollars américains).

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

There is no front desk at this property. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email 72 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and lockbox information. The host will greet guests on arrival.
