Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform Aldebarán - Costa Blanca holiday rental with private pool in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note, key collection is possible during the following hours: -From 1st of April until 31st of October: Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 13:00 and 17:00 to 19:00. Saturdays from 10:00 to 19:00. -From 1st of November until the 31st of March: Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 13:00. Please contact the property in advance if you need to check-in at different times. Please note, a highchair is available at a EUR 25 per week. Please note, electric fans are available at a EUR 10 per fan, per week. Please note that parties are not allowed at the property.
