Les citoyens russes doivent être en possession d’un passeport russe à leur arrivée.

Check-in is contactless and 24 hours a day; there is no reception desk. To confirm the reservation and receive instructions, the guest must contact the administrator at the contact number from 09:00 AM to 12:00 AM no later than 24 hours in advance. Contact details are provided on the booking confirmation.

It is prohibited to drink alcohol and be intoxicated, to smoke in the room, at the entrance and near it, to make noise and listen to music late at night, and to bring other guests to stay without paying.

Laundry is not included in the price and must be paid separately.

A cooking stove is available upon agreement.

There is no TV.

When checking into private rooms, a deposit of RUB 1000.00 is required.

Migration registration is a paid service and is carried out by agreement in advance, as it can take a long time.

Rules for staying at the hotel:

Guests can use the washing machine only with the permission of the administrator until 10:00 PM.

Use of the kitchen for the purpose of cooking and eating is allowed until 11:30 PM.

It is forbidden to use the stove between 11:30 PM and 09:00 AM.

Maintain order in the common rooms (kitchen, toilet, corridor, bathroom), wash the dishes, clear the table after eating, throw garbage in the trash can.

Maintain order in living rooms, namely: do not scatter personal clothes, do not litter, do not eat food in the room.

The admission to the premises of guests who do not live in it is prohibited.

The guest must pick up all his belongings at the end of the stay, if things are found in the room after the end of the stay, they are irretrievably liquidated.

In the living room, it is requested to leave chargers (cords and cables) in sockets after use.

For conflicts with guests and with the administrator, the guest is evicted.

For violation of the rules, eviction without a refund.
