Premium Double Ocean View and Premium Suite Ocean View include daily access to Mar Club with the reserved Bali-bed for 2 guests, needs to be pre-booked by the guests directly at the Hotel 24h in advance. Subject to availability at the time of booking.
Family rooms can accommodate children under 11 years old (up to 2 children) at an additional cost.
In case of cancellation of the reservation 2 days or less before arrival, for stays from November 2021 to May 2022 (excluding. Christmas, New Year, and Easter ) + October, the Hotel reserves the right to charge 50% of the total cost of the stay.
In case of cancellation of the reservation 6 days or less before arrival, for stays on Christmas (24-25/12), New Year's Eve (12/31/2018), Easter (04/19/2012 - 04/21/2019), June, and from the 11th to the 30th September, the Hotel reserves the right to charge 50% of the total cost of the stay.
In case of cancellation of the reservation 13 days or less before arrival, for stays from 1st July to 10th September 2022, the Hotel reserves the right to charge 50% of the total cost of the stay.
In case of no-show or cancellation on the estimated day of arrival, the hotel reserves the right to charge 75% of the total cost of the stay.
Only guests with swimming caps are allowed in the indoor pool. They can be purchased locally for 5.00 EUR.
2 indoor pools - SPA- animated pool and leisure pool - will be heated.
3 outdoor pools – in the main pool area, 1 children's pool, Wet Bar pool, and main pool (not heated).
MarClub – (an adult only club with 1 heated outdoor pool)
Hotel parking charges the following fees:
Electric cars: 10.00 EUR per car per day;
Cars on fuel: EUR 8.00 per car per day.
Off-site parking does not charge the above fees.
During the winter season and half-season, the opening of the VIDA Club (Children's Club). Is subject to hotel occupancy. Opening times are 09:00 --13:00 and 14:00 – 18:00.
Prepayment Policy for Standard BAR rates:
During the period from November 2021 to May 2022 (excluding. Christmas, New Year, and Easter ) + October — the prepayment of 100% must be performed up to 2 days before arrival.
During the period from Christmas (24-25/12), New Year's Eve (12/31/2018), Easter (04/19/2012 - 04/21/2019), June, and from the 11th to the 30th September — the prepayment of 100% must be performed up to 6 days before arrival.
During the period from 1st July to 10th September 2022, — the prepayment of 100% must be performed up to 14 days before arrival.
Non-refundable rates: pre-payment of 90% of the booking amount upon reservation and the remaining 10% on arrival.
Dinner half board at the Ocean Restaurant (buffet) or credit for meals at the Primadonna a la carte restaurants.
Guests with half board (staying at the hotel) will receive a food credit of EUR 15.00 per adult and EUR 7.50 per child (3-11 years old);
The restaurant is open from 19:00 to 22:30.

Children can use tablets or other electronic devices, but only with headphones or in silent mode.
When booking with half board included, a credit of EUR 7.50 per child under 11 years old and EUR 15.00 per adult will be provided.

Nespresso Caffè – Not Available.
Service by appointment only, from 10:00 to 13:30 and from 14:30 to 19:00, daily;
The hotel has 6 massage rooms, in addition to the outdoor massage cabin at the MarClub;
If the massage is performed indoors at the Osmos Wellness Center, the guest must disinfect their shoes and hands at the Osmos entrance and wear a mask at all times while in Osmos.
Each room will be completely disinfected upon the arrival of each guest;
Vida Club Nursery (babysitting for babies between 6 months and 2 years old) - limited capacity, service subject to availability. Extra charge (meals excluded): 1 hour: EUR 14.00 per baby, 4 hours: EUR 42.00 per baby,n8 hours: EUR 84.00 per baby.
Shuttle service to Albufeira Downtown is not available.
A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November - 31 March, EUR 0.00 per person, per night, up to 7 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 13 years of age.

The 4 outdoor swimming pools will be closed, starting from January 15th to March 6th 2025 inclusive.

Lunch will be served as a set menu in the Nespresso Caffè;
Half board will be served in the Primadonna restaurant as a set menu with several options to choose from, for starters, main courses (fish or meat) and desserts.
From 4 to 16 February, breakfast will be served as a buffet with a hot menu in the Olivo restaurant;
