Please note the reception opening hours: Mondays to Fridays: 06:00 - 23:00 Saturdays 07:00 to 22:00 Sundays and public holidays: 07:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 22:00 Guests arriving outside reception opening hours can check in via a check-in terminal in the entrance area. You just have to enter reservation number and your last name. The system will guide you through the Check-In process. At the end you will get a room number and a room code, which will give you access to hotel and room. Please mind that only card payment is possible outside of reception hours. Cash payment is only possible during the reception opening hours. For more information, please contact us. For arrivals outside of reception hours please fill out provided guest registration form & throw it in the mailbox at the reception desk. Breakfast Buffet: Mo to Fr: 6.30 AM 10 AM Saturday and Sunday are public holiday 7.30 AM to 10.30 AM. We charge EUR 12.90 per person and night (children under age of 13 EUR 5.90) Please inform our staff at arrival that you want to book the breakfast. Hotel parking as subject of availability on arrival will be charged extra with EUR 8.00 per night. Please note that we can give access to hotel parking only during reception opening hours. Outside of reception hours please use public parking along the Lorenz Street.
