We booked for 2 days and paid $260. The room was pathetic, sofa and chairs outside were torn, pool was filthy.
The worst experience in my life!!!
We requested for a refund and also filled in the refund form and was told to get it by Friday, and now upon follow up I'm finding out that they have nothing submitted.
We gave our refund form to Adi (receptionist) 
The receptionist were rude.
 I just want someone to look into the refund process

REFUND

Worst receptionist ever, we paid for two nights but leaving in one. Just came for some relaxing with my 3children but worst motel in Fiji by far. 12midnight people jump in pool beside our window and wake all of us. Receptionist didn't want to solve the problem but ended up fighting with us saying we are the problem as no one else is complaining. We ended up calling the police just to get a refund for the next night. Early morning 6.45am same people wake us up again with their noises in the pool.  We are lodging a official complaint against  the company at the police station when we c/out as that what's the officers advised us. Our holiday is ruined and somebody should be held accountable.

Avoid at all costs

I had the unfortunate opportunity to stay at Studio 6 Apartments whilst attending a workshop at the Holiday Inn in Suva. The Organisers booked Studio 6 for the accommodation of the participants.
It was a pathetic experience honestly. 
I was given room 205, it had no TV or Radio, and the room generally looked rundown and unclean. I had no other option but to adjust into the room. The AC however was great.
Luckily I had taken my own steam iron to iron my clothes because their ironing station was also, pathetic!!
Lo and behold, the next morning, there was water problems and thus I had some real difficulties in having a shower and brushing my teeth. 
Same thing happened the next day and it caused me to be late for my workshop .
Even the staff didn't seemed concerned about our concerns, showing attitude as we talked to them. And then gathered together for a loud drinking/ smoking session near the check in area..

I would simply advise travellers to avoid this place!

Pathetic. Just Pathetic 

I booked this place for a 4 nights. This has to be the worst place I have ever stayed in. This place is truly shocking and they have the bare faced cheek to charge people to stay here. It is in an appalling state of disrepair. There was water damage to the internal cupboards. mould in the fridge and the grout in the shower was black with mould.

On the first night I slept fully clothed as I did not want my skin to come into contact with the bedsheets as the looked unclean. There was also an army of ants on the bedroom walls and ceiling. I checked out after the 1st night. The only positive was the sea view from the balcony. Everything else was very poor.

DO NOT STAY HERE

Is there any rating before terrible (circle1) I would choose that rate for this place. Very very very poor service. I would never suggest any one to book this place. worst, irresponsible STAFFS., POOR customer service. dont relay on this staffs.

WORST PLACE DONT GO

One of the worst places I stayed. 
The room was bad and smell bad. On my room I didn't have hot water. I complained but they didn't have any solution.
When I went to sleep I saw  bug in my bed. I killed it and sleepled. When I wake up in the middle of the night the bed around me was full of bugs!!! I used repelent but they kept coming from under the mat. I stayed awake all night in this disgusting place. Next morning I left. I had paid all the 3 nights and they didn't give me the money of the next 2 nights back. 
If you care about you don't come to this place. For more 20 euros per night you can find a much better option in Suva.
This type of accomodation is dangerous for human health.
Authorities should come and visit this place.
I would never come here again.

Supposed to stay for 3 nights but I left on the first

I stayed here for one night. It was very dirty. The bed had old blankets on it. The bed sheet and pillow case was supposed to be white but it ended up looking stained. The bath room was dirty with insects and cockroaches running around. The door was unable to lock properly so I had to sleep intermittently during the night incase someone came in.

I was in Fiji for 14 years. At that time there was no such hotel. Room windows were barricaded. Small as a pig. Good conference rooms. But totally unsuitable for tourists. Price too high. Service but good. And we had to leave after one night because Kadavu Provincial Council *all* rooms were booked.:-) We did. On the other hand, we could even buy a mattress outside where one of my wife's Fiji daughters could sleep. Nobody complained.
