As there is no receptionist on the premises guests must inform La Suisse Apartments 24 hours before arrival date of their estimated arrival time. Please use the contact information on the booking confirmation to do this. Check-out is 09:00 - 11:00 on Saturday and Sunday. The building has 3 stories and there is no lift. Assistance with luggage can be provided on request. A security deposit ranging between GBP 130 and GBP 220 (dependent on room type) is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Guests are required to bring photo identification (driving license or passport) and the card with which the booking was made. Security deposit is paid by credit card. Debit cards are not accepted. The price of the reservation is paid upon arrival. There are no refunds for guests leaving before the end of the contract. Only a maximum of two people plus a child if possible per apartment is permitted and their names and full addresses must be given at the time of booking. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. |
