Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform The Central House Istanbul Galata in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that guests younger than 18 cannot stay in shared rooms. Instead, they should be accompanied by an adult who has booked an entire shared room or a private room. When booking for more than 10 beds, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please be informed that between of mid-February and the end of March 2023 we will be improving our elevator facilities to keep our hostel up-to- date. But don’t worry! We will host you in a room on one of the lower floors to assure you a comfortable stay with us. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person’s ID and credit card.
