The deposit is paid to a bank card before arrival at the apartment. The return of the deposit or its balance is carried out after the specified work has been carried out and the amount of damage subject to compensation has been finalized.
For any violation of the rules of accommodation specified in the description, including smoking, uncoordinated late check-out, accommodation of more guests than stated, accommodation with animals, delayed cleaning after check-out for more than half an hour, a fine in the amount of a deposit is deducted. |
