Check-in rules:
1. On the days of football matches and holidays of the calendar, check-in is from 03:00 PM, check-out is until 12:00 PM;

Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. There is a fine of RUB 5000.00 for smoking.
It is impossible to accommodate guests with large pets, guests in a drunken state; apartments are not rented for parties and events.
Payment of the security deposit and payment for accommodation is carried out via a link from the administrator, only through the Moneta financial aggregator. According to Federal Law 115, insurance deposits are not accepted on a bank card. |
