Los ciudadanos rusos deben tener un pasaporte ruso original a su llegada. Check-in is carried out until 10:00 PM. Check-in after the specified time is possible for an additional fee: from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM — RUB 250.00; after 12:00 AM to 08:00 AM — RUB 500.00.
The price includes 2 double sets of bed linen, 4 sets of towels, bath accessories, Wi-Fi. An additional set of bed linen costs RUB 300.00, an additional set of towels (large /small) — RUB 150.00.
It is possible to stay with small pets, subject to prior agreement. However, this service involves additional costs, including an increase in the security deposit.
To arrange check-in, guests must contact the check-in manager via WhatsApp in advance and receive check-in instructions. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.
Check-in to the apartment is contactless.
Information for self-check-in is provided on the day of arrival.
There are two options for access to the apartment (depending on the location):
- the keys are in the mini-safe;
- electronic combination lock.
A refundable security deposit is charged to ensure the safety of the property. The deposit is refunded on the day of departure, after cleaning the apartment, by transfer through the Quick Payment System (SBP) before 18:00.
Smoking of cigarettes and hookah is strictly prohibited (including on the balcony). A fine of RUB 5000.00 is charged for violating the rule.
The apartments are not rented out for entertainment events, including birthdays.
It is forbidden to disturb the peace of residents of neighboring apartments, guests are asked to observe the silence regime from 10:00 PM to 09:00 AM.
It is unacceptable for third parties to stay in excess of the number of guests specified in the booking, unless this has been agreed in advance.
Accommodation with small pets is allowed only by prior arrangement. The cost is discussed individually. The refundable security deposit will be increased in this case.
Accounting documents are provided for an additional fee upon prior agreement. The commission amount will be included in the electronic receipt, which will allow the accounting department to compensate for this additional payment.
In case of early departure, the paid amount for accommodation is non-refundable. |
