their companions, including children.
Security Deposit: A security deposit may be requested depending on the booking conditions and time of year. Club Alvor
Férias has the right to authorize the credit card. The cash deposit will be returned at the end of the stay.
Payment: any outstanding payment related to guests stay is made on the day of check-in, depending on their booking conditions.
Reception Timetable:
From 1st November to 31st March open from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM.
From 1st April to 30th April open from 08:00 AM to 11:59 PM.
From 1st May to 31st October reception is open 24 hours.
Check-in Time:
Check-in to the apartment starts at 04:00 PM. Entry at 04:00 PM is not guaranteed. It may be sooner if
the apartment is clean and available.
Check-out Time:
Check-out from the apartment is by 11:00 AM. If guests check out after that time without prior authorization from
reception, they will be charged the full amount of an extra night.
Bar/Restaurant Timetable:
Bar opening hours depend on the time of year and are indicated at the bar entrance and at
reception. Except from 1st November to 31st March is closed.
Breakfast Timetable:
Served daily from 08:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Except from 1st November to 31st March is closed.
Dinner Timetable:
Served every day from 07:00 PM to 09:00 PM. Except from November 1st to March 31st it is closed.
Pool Timetable and Conditions:
Pool opening hours depend on the time of year and are indicated at the pool entrance and at
reception. Except from 1st November to 31st March is closed. Unsupervised pool. There are no pool towels available. Guests must respect all the rules displayed at the entrance to the pool.
Outdoor Parking:
Free. Subject to availability on the day of arrival, reservations cannot be made. Outdoor parking is not
guarded. Clube Alvor Férias is not responsible for vehicles or any damage to them.
Cleaning service, Towel change and Bed linen change in the apartment:
This service is carried out according to the
conditions of each reservation/rate chosen. The hotel advises guests to read the conditions of the reservation made.
If guests have any questions, they can contact the Supplier/Agency where the reservation was made.
Pets: Not allowed.
Wireless Internet:
Customers have wireless internet at their disposal. We are not responsible for internet failures of the
Telecommunications Operator.
Hairdryer: subject to availability, free. Guests will have to request the hairdryer at reception, they will need to pay a deposit of EUR 20.00, the deposit will be returned at the end of the stay when guests return the hairdryer.
Iron: subject to availability, free of charge. Available at reception.
Crib for children from 0 to 2 years old: free. Upon advance request and availability.
Apartment Occupancy:
Only people who are registered and included in the reservation are authorized to sleep and stay inside
the apartment. If occupancy exceeds the number of people booked, there will be an extra cost of EUR 20.00 per person per night, including children.
Apartment Keys:
At the entrance guests will only be given one key/card for the apartment. The card must be placed in the black
box behind the door to turn on the electricity. During the stay, the apartment key/card is the customer's responsibility.
In case of loss of the key and/or displacement of a technician, a cost will be applied. Only a second set of keys or card are issued for reservations of 4 or more people.
Special Requests: special requests made at the time of booking are not automatically confirmed. These
requests are subject to availability on the day of arrival. If it is not possible to satisfy the requests, the hotel appreciates guests' understanding.
Extra Services:
Breakfast: If guests have not booked breakfast, they can make a reservation at reception upon check-in. There is an extra daily cost of EUR 10.00 per Adult and EUR 5.00 per Child up to 12 years old.
Dinner: If guests have not booked dinner, they can book it at reception upon arrival. There is an extra daily cost of EUR 15.00 per adult and EUR 7.50 per child up to 12 years old. Does not include drinks.
Half-Board (Breakfast and Dinner): If guests have not booked Half-Board, they can make the reservation at reception upon arrival. There is an extra daily cost of EUR 20.00 per Adult and EUR 10.00 per Child up to 12 years old. Does not include drinks.
Baby Chair: subject to availability, EUR 2.00 per day, per chair. Guests will have to request a baby seat at reception.
Transport to the Torralta Beach: Costs EUR 2.50 per person, round trip. Transport is carried out 3 times a day.

Safe: EUR 15.00 per week. Deposit of EUR 15.00. Deposit will be refunded when guests return the safe key to reception.
Tennis Court: Tennis court rental is EUR 5.00 per hour.
Tennis Rackets: Racket rental is EUR 2.50 per racket, per hour.
Extra bed for guests 3 years or older: EUR 20.00 per person, per night. Cannot exceed the maximum occupancy of the apartment.
Important Information:
All equipment and utensils in the apartment are for guests use to ensure a complete stay, so the hotel asks that guests use them with common sense. In case of breakage or damage, an amount will be charged according to the list available at reception. It is forbidden to make any type of fire or use stoves of any kind on balconies or in common areas.
Clube Alvor Ferias is not responsible for valuables left inside the apartments or in common areas of the building.
Apartment Trash: it is expressly forbidden to leave bags of trash in the public areas of the unit (e.g. hallways).
