This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Please note that from the 1st of January 2016 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest. Please note that the property has no reception. Guests are kindly asked to inform in advance of their expected arrival time via email. Please note that arrivals after 23:00 are subject to an additional fee of EUR 25 and arrivals after 00:00 are subject to confirmation. Please note that check-in on the 24th of December and 31st of December, after 18:00 is subject to confirmation. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
