This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the property cannot issue invoices and cannot charge company cards. Guests are kindly asked to present their passport and a bank card used for booking upon check-in. The guest who made the booking must be the holder of the bank card. In case a card is not presented, prepayment will be returned and a different payment method will be required. Please note that early check-in from 21:00 to 00:00 is available at EUR 10 surcharge and upon prior arrangement. Check-in after 00:00 is not possible.
