Special check-in instructions
The front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 7:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email with check-in instructions and an access code. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.

Know Before You Go

• All guests, including children, must be present at check-in and show their government-issued photo ID card or passport.
• Cash transactions at this property cannot exceed EUR 5000, due to national regulations. For further details, please contact the property using information in the booking confirmation.
• The property has connecting/adjoining rooms, which are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property using the number on the booking confirmation.
• In accordance with national/local laws, air conditioning may be restricted to certain hours during certain times of the year.

Fees

• Fee for buffet breakfast: approximately EUR 8 per person
• Pet fee: EUR 10 per pet, per stay
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Late check-out fee: EUR 40.00
• Crib (infant bed) fee: EUR 10.0 per night
• Rollaway bed fee: EUR 25.0 per night
