BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All the guests have to read and follow all the below booking terms and conditions during their stay in the villa:

1. Occupancy: People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the maximum occupancy limit agreed above. In case there are additional guests than those agreed to stay overnight, we uphold the right to ask them to vacate the property.

2. Common Silence: Guests are expected to use common sense in not disturbing neighbors or making noise during off-hours (15:00-17:30 and 23:00-07:00).

3. Check-in/out: The check -in and check -out time is based on the agreed time schedule as is referred to the booking confirmation. In case that guests wish early check -in or late check -out, it is dependent upon request and availability.   

4. All of the properties are privately owned: the Owners and the Agency are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities during your stay under any circumstances. 

5. Property: Keep the property and all its furnishings in good order. Use appliances only for their intended uses. Subletting the property is not allowed under any circumstances whatsoever. Apart from the payment of the rental rates and fees, guests are responsible for the house and they are obliged to additionally pay for:


i.   damage to the property or furnishings, or any damage or loss caused to the Property and its contents.

ii. dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; or

iii. any other cost that weighs down financially on the Homeowner due to the Guest's stay.

6. On the check-out day the house has to be left in a reasonable state of cleanliness and in the same condition as it was on the check-in day.

7. The items & the furniture of the villa, is not allowed to be moved from the villa.

8. Usually, Pets are not allowed in the unit.  However, you can ask for permission and they can be allowed only prior consent and approval by the property manager and the owner. In case of approval, a Pet Addendum must be completed.

9. Housekeeping: The villa will be in a clean and tidy condition upon check in day. Housekeeping is provided every three days that includes (change linens, towels, sweep, mopping and garbage change) We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. The pool towels are only to be used for the pool.

10. Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, located close to the house.

11. Swimming pool: Children shall not use the pool without a parent or adult guardian in attendance.

12. Access: Guests shall allow Villa's manager and the Owner to access the property for purposes of repair and inspection upon request in case of emergency.

13. Events: All types of events like weddings, parties, seminars, photoshoots, etc. can only be permitted upon request.

14. Children: The property manager is not held responsible for the supervision, safety and behavior of children, that is solely the guests responsibility.

15. Air-conditioner: The A/C units in order to function properly the doors and windows must be closed during their operation.

16. Behavior: If Guests or any other member of the party acts in a manner which is likely to cause danger, excessive disturbance or damage in any way to the property this agreement may be terminated and you shall all be requested to vacate the property . 

17. Smoking: Smoking indoors is not allowed, smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas. Guests must not in any way pollute the pool or the surrounding areas with cigarettes.  

18. Safety: The agency and the owner are not liable for any loss or misplacement of valuables left in the Property during the stay.
