This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform BLUET Seaview Villa DPSA1 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Mid Stay cleaning is included for bookings over 14 days. For bookings up to 13 days extra linen can be provided upon request and extra cost. The price includes electricity up 250KWh per week, which is quite enough. Any additional Kwh units are charged at 40 cents per Kwh. Upon your arrival we read the number on the property electricity meter and we read the number again upon your departure.
