Para obtener una exención de impuestos, los ciudadanos extranjeros deben, al ingresar, pagar su estadía en moneda extranjera (no en pesos chilenos) y presentar un pasaporte válido junto con la tarjeta de migración que recibieron al entrar en el país. Si una persona sujeta al pago del impuesto y otra exenta de este comparten habitación, la tarifa podrá aplicarse a toda la habitación.

Please note this property does not include a daily maid service, therefore guests are kindly requested to keep the space tidy and clean. No smoking or parties allowed. Smoking/party evidence will result in stay termination and 200 USD fee. A picture of National Identification Document or Passport must be sent before check in date for security purposes. Any damage or missing items to the property may be discounted from guests CC if its not payed by the guest 5 day after the damage is detected and informed to him.
