Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), please ensure that you are only booking this property following the local government guidelines of the destination, including but not limited to the purpose of travel, and maximum allowed group size. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy', unless previously approved by the owner. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made. Please note the following for the Cottage: The price is based on 2 adults sharing 1 bedroom only. There is an additional credit card surcharge charge of $120 if access to the 2nd bedroom is required. Please note that the number of guests should not exceed the maximum number of occupants per accommodation type. Guests are not permitted to bring visitors into their accommodation, unless previously approved by the owner. Please note that guests will be charged for any loss, damage or additional cleaning required. Please note that mobile phone coverage is limited. The property has a landline which guests can use to make unlimited domestic calls free of charge.
