The hotel is in a good location right in the central of the city ( quite close to street food Le Loi). There is a small park in front of the hotel. Good decor, nice staff, clean room. This may not be a hour love hotel so it is quite polite to stay with friends, family or even lover. The hotel has 2 motobikes for rent which can help you go around the city with reasonable price.

Good offer in Phan Rang

This hotel is located in central of Phan Rang, near the biggest market where you can find the local restaurants with delicious food and good price. Easy to go visit Cham Tower, sand dune, vignette and Ninh Chu beach. The hotel is clean, friendly and helpfully staffs. You can ask them to rend the bike easily. We had very good time hear. Highly recommend

Nice place, good location and friendly, helpfully staffs

This hotel is very good value for money. It has AC, fridge, TV, lots of hot water and good towels. Comfortable clean bed. Room is large and very clean. You also have a shared balcony The hotel staff are friendly and very helpful. There is a safe place for your bicycle in a locked court yard.

Touring Cyclists

Clean, well maintained, staff is helpful. The town of Phan Rang specializes in cultivating swallows (in large windowless buildings) so that their nests can be harvested for bird's nest soup. The nests are for sale in the lobby ... for upwards of $100 for a small box. Interesting, but we didn't buy any.

Ho Phong in Phan Rang

It was such a coincidence when I saw Ho Phong hotel while searching for a place for my travel team. We booked 2 rooms (1 for 2 and the other is for 3persons). Even though the hotel is not situated in the "heart" of Phan Rang, actually I had to walk for 20 mins from this hotel to the center of Phan Rang, but it was not that bad.

Rooms were in good conditions with AC, towels and other amenities that we needed. The staff was also very helpful when we asked about going to the near touristic spots.

However, it was only when we checked out that we were told that our rooms would be charged higher than expected price due to public holidays. It was a bad moment in our trip. Because we were not informed prior to our arrival whatsoever. It was such a disappointment. 

Moreover, when we were asking about this situation, the receptionist asked us "So will you pay for this or not???"...What on earth is this kind of customer service???

This just threw all the good impression that we had before...Sorry, but this is poor!!!
