Staying in this place was an overall bad experience for my partner and I.
Firstly, when we got to out room, the room had ants every where and was leaking from the aircon and rain. Secondly, the mattresses underneath the sheets were extremely dirty and old looking, with holes on the sides of them, also there were dead ants at the base of the old, squeaky bed frame. The buffet breakfast was not available at all so our $30 spent on the room seemed a bit of a rip off compared to what other hotels were offering.
The one thing which made our night exceptionally restless was that (after travelling the whole previous night and arriving in Nha Trang at about 8am) at about 10:30pm, when we were sleeping, one of the workers were knocking on our door and then OPENED our door and telling us 2 very tired travellers that if we stayed past 12am that we had to pay more. This wasn't mentioned when we checked in and while there may have been a misunderstanding that we were staying the night sometime along the way (doubtful) it seemed innapropriate to come into our room and so late in the night. Another worker eventually came up and we didn't end up having to pay the extra money, although the rest of the night we were a bit concerned that someone would come into our room again.
All of the ladies who worked there were all friendly and apologetic about the buffet etc. But it was not worth the amount of money payed overall in comparison to what other hotels in the area offer.

Ants in the room

The hotel isn’t far from the beach and the breakfast buffet was good. Other than that, it is located in a damp alley, there is a constant supply of mosquitos in the room and the internet connection is horrible. To top it all off, as I was checking out, the manager told me that they didn't receive any money from Hotels.com. He requested for a cash payment. I tried calling Hotels.com support but the internet connection wasn't good and  the call also wouldn't go through via landline. Not wanting to miss my flight, I decided to just pay him cash and request for the refund later on. I asked for a receipt but he couldn't find one at his desk. He was moving very slow and acted like he had all the time in the world. (I was even the one who got the Hotels.com support number using their desktop computer). They don’t seem (or act like it) to know how to check their system for the online payment I made. The manager had no sense of urgency at all, didn't seem organized and interested in helping out.

I’m not the type who bothers with leaving reviews but I took some time for this one just so they know how bad their service is. Verdict: I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel to anyone. The negatives simply outweigh the positives.
