Hoa Binh Hotel

We stayed in a twin bed room for two nights. It was clean, the stuff was nice and the breakfast was very good, including fresh prepared omelettes ;-) 

Two computers, a pool and scooter rent just in front of the hotel... and also the busses just stop in front of the building... 

Definitely recommendable 

My fiance lives in Da Nang so she looked around and settled on Hoa Binh.  I was a little skeptical when she told me the price but I trusted her judgement.  When I got here and saw the room for myself, I was very surprised. It's so clean and tidy.  It's not over the top, but it is a very nice room. One big plus is that it's located on a major road and It's very easy to find.

The staff cleans the room for you daily.  I've stayed here on 2 occations this year (2013) for a cumulative 30 days so far, and nothing has been taken from my room - and I would know because I'm very organised and I check my belongings often.

The owner seems nice.  I'll be staying here for at least another month, and if anything negative should happen in that time, I'll be sure to update my review.

All in all, I'm impressed and I recommend this hotel.

The one thing that I can't say for sure is how well they speak english.  My fiance does all the talking so I haven't been down that road.  They do a great job of remembering your room though, so you won't have to say a word after you've checked in if you don't want to.  You'll walk into the hotel and they'll just hand you your key from that point on.

The beds are pretty hard, but that might just be a trend of vietnam.  I couldn't say for sure.

was sceptical staying here as there was not a lot of reviews, but i was pleasantly surprised! bed was hard but room was clean, hot water in the shower & an elevator a/c worked well only thing is it was a little on the edge of town close to the beach but far away from the town still cheap to take a grab into town! 

We found this hotel on trip advisor, we arrived in Da nag 6am and took a taxi to the hotel 50,000 vnd. the hotel is away from the main town on the lower coastal road, over the rail tracks. The hotel stands alone with a few shops/bars that sell food around it. The staff are very pleasant and try to be helpful but English is not there native tongue so be patient and its fun to communicate slowly. the room its self was compact, clean and tidy. the shower room was very clean and lots of hot water and towels , Beds where very comfortable . The road out side is very quite so your not woken early in the mornings with hooters being blown as in Saigon. all in all a very pleasant stay at a very good price. the four rating is based on cost v value, .

The hotel is not good value for money
I came to book at 4:30 am and was quoted by the receptionist as 150k (this price is due to rooms already in place and new check out, not clean, because I only need to sleep a few hours and then go) but down  Payment at 10h30 am will be paid by the receptionist for a fee of over 270k plus extra bed for extra hours, if the normal rule is 12 hours, but not  The hotel is very good value for money.
