1st be very careful if you are using sinh tourist bus as it said shuttle bus to sinh travel  office only a 100mt walk from this hotel what ever you do dont use the taxi service that appears when the bus arrive its a scam. On to the hotel this hptel it very cheap and move suited to the young back packers the rooms weren't  very clean and our  double was very small toilet and shower as seen better days on the plus side staff very helpful  with knowledge of the area.

Overnighter

Stayed here for two nights in Hue. Amazing value for money & the location is probably the best in Hue, right next to all the main bars & restaurants.. if your looking for luxury this is not the place to come . It’s basic but super clean & comfy, great value for money. The staff were really friendly & helpful with all the questions we had - we came back late both nights (when they were asleep) & they opened up & never complained. Would 100% recommend if your in Hue

Great place to stay

Good location, great value, staff are very helpful and accommodating. We accidentally booked a day early and didn't realise until after Agoda's free cancellation policy - but Sunny Fine let us change the dates at no cost. Also had issues with our open bus tickets that the staff sorted for us. They provided a map and suggestions for activities, and rented us cheap bicycles to explore the city. Overall excellent.

Very helpful and accommodating

One of the best place we stayed in Vietnam! We were surprised by how helpful was the host (Toan). We were walking in the streets nearby and he found us to indicate the road to his house as he knows it is not easily accessible. He even booked our next hostel in the city where we were heading, negotiating a discount! Good recomandations, always ready to help and likes to have a laugh. Not many people in the guest house so it is not noisy. Room was great, nothing to say about this place! Would definitely go back there.

Very helpful and kind host!

The guesthouse is beautiful and very well located. However, the highlight of this stay is definitively the host! He was certainly one of the most helpful people I have met in Vietnam. He listened to all our needs and made sure we were satisfied. We rented scooter with him to go to Hoi An and everything went well! He also arranged our stay in Hoi An which was also great (he made sure we got a discount also!). I strongly recommend this place for a stay in Hue!
