What was good

Good variety of food for breakfast but not very convenient positioning of the stalls with the food I booked the superior room with the sea view which was a bit more expensive than the regular one but the reception workers still sent me to the regular one. WTF?

What was bad

Reception speak no English. Gave me the room with the city view instead of the sea view I booked and paid higher rate. No service from them at all even when I needed a doctor on sight - had to go to hospital by myself. I had to ask 3 times to change my bedsheets - no understanding at all. The houskeeping lady even twisted it the way she knocked my door, looked on the bed, asked "Bed? OK?" and disappeared for good. I waited for 20 min for her to be back and then had to get to the reception again. BTW, the phone is useless you need to go downstairs to make a performance with your body language to explain what you actually need. Welcome back to the Soviet era - no service at all! The only lady from the restaurant is nice there. It's a shame I don't remember her name. She is the most attentive and helpful person there. Even recommended the coffee brand for me I liked
