Very clean and nice bedroom. 
Also the location is good, in front of the lake, close to the market and there is many restaurants around. 
The owners didn't speak English very well but they are very friendly!

Nice place

The hotel is close to the center but on a quiet street, next to a park and with a lake view. The rooms are big and very clean. Beds were large and comfy. Little english spoken but friendly owners. Great value for money.

Quiet and clean

After checking out of perhaps the noisiest hotel I've ever experienced and two nights of no sleep, I chose this hotel at random in hopes of finding a more quiet place. There were few reviews but took a chance. My room (delux double) was on the corner of the building, which reduced exposure to noisy neighbors. Hallways echoed so that you do hear every noise, but fellow clientele were a bit more respectful here. Do note that the building is undergoing construction, so that until 5pm there were intermittent hammering and sawing activities. Booked the deluxe room, as it was just $3 more than the standard room. Very clean room with some nice touches, embroidered sheets and comforter, stylish drapes, wicker chairs and table, nice bathroom, flat panel TV with English channels, and a large comfy bed with a real mattress, not the standard hard foam pad. Slept like a baby. Be aware that the hotel location plotted on Agoda's and Trip Advisor's maps is way off, making it nearly impossible to find without enlisting a taxi. The hotel is actually located on a small side street running off the main street, much closer to town than plotted. An easy 5 minute walk to the main action of the central market, but farther from the bus depot.

Great Location, Clean Room

1 night  stay here via Agoda - £12 per night  inc a basic breakfast - No AC. Had a rear room with balcony - 2 x double beds. Clean bathroom with wc and hot shower. Spacious clean room with TV and intermittent internet. No AC. Breakfast was served on ground floor - a tasty vegetable soup and bread with hot water. A pleasant stay - on a main road out of Dalat to the North.

Nice hotel - good price

Pro: the amazing hot shower, the best we have had in Vietnam so far. The good price. 
Con: staff is a bit weird. We got back from an easyrider trip and my partner came by bus cause he was sick, and when the easyrider came by later to check on him, they would not let him into the hotel. My easyrider was not allowed to carry my bag to my room. Strange...hotel acoustics are not that good. 
So the three stars are earned by the shower mainly.
