So we booked our hotel on the night we were supposed to stay. We end up getting there and there were no more rooms. Yes it sounds like a disappointment and scammy. But the service given to us to make sure we could have a hotel that night were impeccable. Since we had already paid they paid for the one night of the hotel as well as transportation to transfer there and back from each hotel. Amazing service and extremely kind and helpful staff. When we arrived our second night where there was availability not only did we get a dinner voucher for our troubles we got upgraded to the presidential suite. We aren’t talking an extra water bottle or extra square feet. We are talking luxury 2 bedrooms kitchen and 2 bathrooms. What a fantastic way to end the last horrific mess of a night. Just stumbled upon this hotel on agora and very pleased with everything!
