This place is nothing but perfection. The house is a restored villa right on Maldonado string with an exquisite taste and amenities of any kind for those who look for a quiet, home like location to spend a weekend, a night or a couple of days. Every corner of the house offers a bit of the family story, design items, comfort seating area for a coffee or cocktail, inside the house or in any of the outside lounge areas it offers. While restaurant is not available onsite, they would make any recommendations for delivery or take in, provide the necessary serving items for you to enjoy an unforgettable meal. We walked though the house and yard couple of times and you always find items to stare at for a while and river looks over the infinity pool you won’t easily forget. It’s also located in the middle of la barra, right in front of a gas station with a shop as a convenience store and walking distance from the great la barra shops also offer anything from clothing, food, souvenirs or deco stores. Breakfast was served with a great selection for fresh fruit, yoghurt , pastries and other items like lavazza espresso and tea, not to forget there natural orange juice, real orange juice. A couple of days you won’t forget about. If cold, there’s a cozy corner with a fire wood chimney will enhance your stay making you feel like you’re in the middle of the mountains. The place also has an patio dining area with a wood fire pizza oven and Uruguayan style grill. All items are available for self grilling as well.
