The font desk person was Saturday morning on 3/7 was unfriendly and not helpful at all the breakfast was cold right after they opened was out of food the first 15 min of being open not much to choose from like in the past was very unsatisfied with this hotel really disappointed for the price we had to pay I would not recommend this hotel to anyone 

Unfriendly bad place

Lost reservation.  Room key didn’t work.  Breakfast out of food.  Desk wouldn’t make change.  Bar wouldn’t make change.  Very few outlets.  WiFi was slow. Desk very unfriendly.  And I’ve never complained about a hotel before. I expect better at a Ramada.

Poorly Managed

Our room was average, it’s an older hotel so I guess that’s to be expected.  The breakfast sucked.  They were out of cereal, rolls, donuts, any type of pastries, no muffins, no fruit, no oatmeal. If you didn’t like ham and eggs on the buffet or if you were Vegan you were just out of luck.  When we asked if they had anything else, they just said they were out of everything.  How can you not have anything for breakfast on the weekend after Thanksgiving? That should be one of your biggest weekends.  I am needing a place to stay for Christmas, I do not think I will be staying there again.

Disappointed

The rooms are old and ratty with worn out furniture. The bed was one of the worst I have ever been on. The breakfast was out of milk and half of the other stuff. What was left was cold and it was still before 8. I’m a pilot so I have been my share of hotels. This place is awful.

Awful

This was a hell hole!
Walked into the room and the walls moved with bugs, smelled like dogs pissed on every thing. Plus a hot breakfast was promised, not old fruit loops and yogurt was it. When i tried to talk to a manager he said it was over his pay grade to care! Found out this place was closing down the day after we checked out!
WTF not worth any penny we spent on this place!

Never again

It needed updating in a bad way, the staff were very helpful and moved us to another room to make up for the fact that the phone didn't work, thermostat didn't work, toilet didn't work and wifi was iffy.
