I was desperate looking for a hotel, and I found Smart Stay Inn and Suite.  Andre, thank you very much for your awesome customer service and your understanding. I enjoyed the hotel and the friendly staff. Andre was helpful to us, and he has a pleasant smile. Great breakfast in the morning and freshly made coffee. I will go back again. It was near the outlet mall and we went shopping.

Vacation

We came down from New York to Saint Augustine to deal with construction project with my teams. We stayed at smart stay inn for two weeks to finish the job. Great staff. The price was reasonable, breakfast was fresh and clean lobby area. I will recommend anyone to this hotel.

Business

On a tight budget this place was a life-saver of a getaway for me. The food selection was pretty good and the rooms were pretty clean. The area environment was rather calm so it really allowed me to destress with walks around their dog park observing the peaceful gathering. If I ever need a little pick me up from the stress of the 9-5 I bet on coming here again.

Budget Getaway.

We stayed at the smart stayed inn for 2 nights and it felt like home. The beds were super comfy and the A/C worked great. Everyone that worked there was very friendly, especially Andre ( front desk) and always smiling. Breakfast was great. Reasonable price to stay here.

Nice hotel for the price. We found the room clean and serviceable. bed was extremely comfortable after a long day of drive from new york. This hotel was 10 minute from saint Augustine downtown. We went to see the night of lights before it ended. Great hotel to recommend to people.

Night of light

I wasn’t sure if I made the right decision when we first pulled in. All doubts were gone walking in the office and meeting the friendly staff. 
This is a dated motel done over very nicely. I can’t say enough about the friendly staff and well kept grounds. We had a room facing the pool. Rooms facing 95 might be noisy but I can’t attest to that. The fee breakfast was good and better than some other places we have stayed. I would happily stay here again if in the area.

Most bang for your buck

I booked a double room at the smart stay inn for three night in saint Augustine. me and my family went to down town saint Augustine and we went on the trolly tour to the fun activities. staff was great to us and the room was clean.

family getaway

I went to Saint Augustine to see the night of lights on a business trip.  We stayed at smart stay inn and suite. I did booked three rooms for my workers and the room were clean. Breakfast was made fresh.

Business trip

My family and I went to the hotel over the holiday for our vacation. The staff was kind and welcoming. Our key malfunction and a staff came up to our floor and replace the key for us. We never had to walk. This was good,we were impressed with number of apologies for the key. The sweet was clean and had extra towels . They had varieties for breakfast and the children were please with the choices. I would recommend anytime. The manager was very accomdating and special courtesy was given to grandma. This made us very happy.

Clean

I booked a reservation to smart stay inn and suite where we stayed for 1 weeks. Me and friends did have a great time in saint augustine and Jacksonville by doing adventure things. The breakfast was amazing and place was clean.
