Be prepared to perform cleaning before you do anything else. Bring your own bedding. Comforters are nasty. I did review on elliott realty site and I guess they decide what gets posted as a review. My review mentioned 3 burned out light bulbs and someone showed up next day to replace them though I had never called. Great view of ocean, heated pool and hot tub nice. Will not stay here again based on cleanliness alone

Need new cleaners

We reserved unit 1206 via booking.com with very short notice, arriving within hours of reserving.  Because this was a last minute trip, I had not had time to do my due diligence with checking reviews, which may have been a blessing in disguise.  After confirming the reservation, I started to dive into reading reviews during our 3 hour road trip.  Based on reviews of other units in this building, I may have avoided booking this property.  However, we were pleasantly surprised with how clean and well appointed this unit was.  Managed by Vacasa.. vs the other management company many reviews mentioned.  So that may have made a difference.  The property itself is your typical ocean front beach property, fairly well maintained.  I never saw the indoor pool, but there is a section of the outdoor pool that was covered.  They also have a lazy river and hot tub.  The pool was heated, so we were able to enjoy during a 70 something degree day.  

Unit 1206 itself was nicely decorated.  Pretty clean, Sheets, floors bathrooms were overall clean.  I took Lysol wipes and wiped down all the surfaces, bathroom etc and they were not dirty at all when I was done, with the exception of the countertop in the master bathroom. There was a light pink substance left on the wipe.  It could have been cleaning solution that was missed when wiping it down. 

You can tell the unit has recently been updated and the finishes are very nice.  There are a few cracks in the kitchen counter top and one of the drawers in the kitchen does not have clearance to open without first opening the oven door.  Not a big deal unless you are there an extended period and need items from that drawer.  Also, a few of the sinks were missing stoppers and the master bath tub was pretty but useless during our visit as there was not stopper to keep the water in.  The sliding glass door for the shower also was not on a track at the bottom and if you pushed it the wrong way, the bottom of the door would swing out.  Fine for adults but could be dangerous.  Also, the sliding door to the balcony has no lock and no way of securing it, so just something to keep in mind if staying with small children.  

All in all, this was a really decent place with a BEAUTIFUL view! Very comfortable 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and clean!!  Tiled floors throughout and they very light in color and clean.. 

Bed in the master was firm but comfortable, if you like firm beds.  The other rooms were occupied by my son and his military buddies that have been sleeping on ships and in barracks for the past year and they were beyond pleased with the
Comfort of the beds.

Oh and the vertical blinds along the sliding door, were missing several of the slats.. 

We would recommend and stay in unit 1206 again!

Just rerented 1209. I was the pre-covid and was so happy to find the condo as clean and as nice as it was 3 years ago.  I love the nighttime security guys.  I love walking to everywhere.   I only need my car for groceries. There is a rental for chairs and umbrellas right as you walk in to the beach. So relaxing.  I will be back again!

Love unit 1209

Wonderful time.  Private condo,  I know owners.  Close to many great restaurants.  Wonderful to open the door and listen to the waves!  Beach was clean with plenty of room to play.   Pool lazy river and hot tub accessible.  Be sure to enjoy the local restaurants. 

There's always time to vacation .

Horrible filthy unit! Black mold in shower with leftover toiletries in it! Broken garbage disposal stinking of rotting garbage. 2 non functional tvs. Bloody tampon found under dirty comforter, boys underwear found under single bed! Cheese doodles and chips hairpins etc found under couch cushions.  I swept half pound of dirt off the floors.  Dirty pans and dishes still had chunks of food on utensils!
Elliott no response for 3 days . I spent my 1st 3 days cleaning EVERYTHING 😪 
Owner needs to know how bad they take care of the condo!
Will not use Elliott ever again 

Dirty filthy condo 905

One word, roaches. When we arrived, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. When I opened the silverware drawer, there was a live roach in it. We left our bag with towels outside overnight. When we pulled out a towel a huge roach fell out. When we went out in the walkway, there were roaches. When I complained, they said not a big deal because the bugs were outside. And while the sheets were clean, the bedspreads and blankets looked like they hadn’t been washed in a long time. I will never stay there again.

Ocean bay club unit 603

This unit has never been updated- we walked into unit after we were given the go ahead it was clean to dirty wash cloths in restrooms, urine soaked comforters in floor, dirt on every surface - couches with hair everywhere - we called and got the run around and finally at 9 they came to well and mom there front and left after 5 minuets and never came back- in the twin room there is NO A/C- it was so hot in there my children threw up so I had to buy an air mattress for them for living room- I spoke again on Monday and they best they said they could do was send a check for the departure cleaning fee( which I doubt I’ll get) I told the Elliot Beach Rental representative Jerry I don’t want $ I just want to enjoy so Saturday night we had to go get cleaning supplies and clean ourselves- No one ever came to look at the room a/c after numerous calls- the rest of the unit a/c was good- we even were going to open the window in there but there is no screen so it was a 12 story drop which I don’t even know how that is legal- I tried to post a review on Elliot Beach Rentals but they won’t publish it - our other family rented unit 1306 and it was very nice- but DO NOT stay in this one

Unit 1210- DO NOT RENT

Our family rented 2 Condo’s unit #1210 and unit #1303 at the Ocean Bay Club from Elliott Realty, July 3-10,2021. They were both nasty but unit #1210 was disgusting. We had to call at 6:45 to see if our condos were ready, they didn’t bother to call us. All they did in unit #1210 was put Clorox on the floor and mopped a couple of places. We turned one of the bed covers back and there was candy stuck to the mattress cover. There was poop on a chair and they have NEVER cleaned the toilet. We had to put sheets on all the furniture before we could sit on it. The day of the tropical storm/hurricane there was so much water coming in the sliding glass doors we had to mop the floors. Even the common areas were nasty, such as the outside hallways needed to be vacuumed. We were so disappointed because these condos were not clean. The night we checked in we had to go buy cleaning supplies, blankets and socks for the kids so they could walk on the nasty floors. They only gave us back the cleaning service money and the money for the cleaning supplies we bought which only totaled $500.00. Our family that stayed in 1210 came to our condo to eat all meals because theirs was so nasty. We had 7 children with us and two were crawling babies so therefore we had to put blankets down before we could put them on the floor. I do not recommend Elliott Realty nor Ocean Bay Club for your beach vacation. When I told someone at the realty company I was writing reviews he said “ it won’t hurt us because we have been in business forever” Please, Please find another place to stay unless you like to clean on your vacation!!

Ocean Bay Club

we rented from seaside rentals... 1610..... the master bedroom and bath had been updated, however the rest of the 3 bedrooms were lacking.... the tile floors were dirty, if you walked on in socks they became black...the sliding glass door was leaking during the rain.. the bathrooms the shower handles came over on the mayflower.. the mattresses were horrible... the washer was leaking in the floor..... we had a good time in spite of these issues but i would not stay there again.

The room needed some updates, But the worst is we had to stay a min. of 7 days. And it was infested with Roaches. And we got told its a  "comman" thing there. NO.. if we paid $3000 for a week there, there should be NO ROACHES!  We could see them in the oven near the clock. We called the office they came and "sprayed" and put like 2 traps down. Overnight it was filled with the bugs. We couldnt turn off the lights, we seen them in the bathrooms. And NOW.... even after coming home and bringing in everything bag by bag and washing it in hot water... We are finding the sacks from the eggs from the bugs here. Which REALLY makes me upset. We shouldnt have to pay that much money and bring home bugs NOR have them. We've stayed 2 buildings down at wyndham and never once seen a bug, So no its not a common thing and its gross!!! We will NEVER stay with them again.
In the first bedroom when you walk in to the right.. the matress and bed was broken all the dressers were broken and would just fall out!
