The property was in very poor repair; there were live and dead roaches everywhere; the wooden floors were filthy - our feet were black after walking across; the bed was old and sunk in the middle; very disappointing;  parking lot was dirty and trash was everywhere. 

Waste of money. Would have been better off sleeping in car

Booked this sight unseen online from the road because it was cheap and I was tired. Had reservations about checking in when I arrived but the manager assured me it was clean. It was not! Extremely dirty room, not even a bedspread on he bed. Shoe prints on the door and wall and swarming with prostitutes! Needless to say I didn't stay. Don't waste your time with this place!

Pathetic

Not only were we told there was no room for us when we arrived even though we had confirmation and even called to check the confirmation. The manager or owner as he said was completely rude and ignorant. 

Worst experience ever. Got to the place and was told they had no room for us after driving 13 hours.

Filthy, broken down, have to ask for towels cups tissue and toilet paper. Grounds are dilapidated. If the cars weren't here you'd think it was abandoned. Housekeeping was very nice, front desk not so much.

Unlivable

Dirty , dis respectful staff , we found spiders and a syringe under the bed. Floor was sticky , and it wasn't only our room... no house keeping ,  first day at check in ; owner was yelling to a customer over the phone justifying all mentioned above with: that's why its a cheap price per night. Towels had #2 stains, absolutely a pig pen. If I could explain and put in words the smell of that place , just the definition of nasty.

No sense of customer service, you will become very frustrated, trust me.

We felt disgusted to our stomachs, this doesn't even qualify to be called a hostel / motel... 

Please spend 10-20 dollars more and stay somewhere else. You won't regret it at all.

Pool is under indefinite repairs. 

Please STAY AWAY.
