Super clean rooms, friendly staff, and convenient to tons of Fayettevlle attractions. For the money it’s the best i have ever stayed. Keep up the good work !!! Fully recommended. I would stay here again.

...unless you like staying in dumps, and being swindled....

But, Back to the point...
NEVER, EVER, ever, ever stay at this dump! Did I say, NEVER, EVER?!?! 

Dont learn the hard way like me.... Just don't do it!

I booked this place for my son and I, since he had a track meet here.

Here's what happened to me...

First the place was totally disgusting. Spider webs, filthy screens caked with dirt, constant dripping faucets, soiled carpets, a barely functioning A/C unit, scum all throughout the bathroom, etc, etc, etc...

But here's the real kicker:

I returned to the room that night to find that THEY LOCKED ME OIT OF MY ROOM!! Yeah, they refused to let me back in, demanding  I pay extra for, get this, TWO BEDS!!!

(Usually a hotel gives you a single large bed, or two smaller beds, for the same rate, right?) no, not here...

**And, News Flash:  booking.com listed it as a two bed hotel room, which is why I even decided to book it for my son and I in the first place...**

Side note: I'll never use booking.com again after this either.

Then they held, not only my room key,  but also grabbed my credit card, for "verification" and locked it up behind their brothel-like window, until the cops (which I called) arrived.

Since I was visiting from out of state I had no where else to go, the Fayetteville police let the swindling hotel manager refund the full amount I paid, (ok, fine,) then literally made me sleep in my car in a parking lot down the street...   

Shame on the Fayetteville police, too... very poor way to handle this.

When I asked one of the cops, as I'm packing my belongings to leave, how he'd feel if he was in my shoes,  he said "you get what you pay for and I'd never be in this situation, because I would  have never stayed here in the first place." 

I guess that's how things roll here.... sad. Enough said.  

Sharing this so someone else doesn't have to learn the hard way like I did...

Whatever you do, DON'T stay at this Dump

I tried to pay with a credit card check drawn in my credit card, and the owner REFUSED! So, I had to go to my bank and draw on my credit card, charging higher interest than the check would have charged me. The rooms are BLEEK, barely adequate. I paid for this room for my adult son and his girlfriend till they can get into their apartment. He also charges for the room key, and if you return it, you get $5 back. My advice is, find another motel if you want something any nicer. ALSO, no customer laundry on site!

RUDE OWNER

Me and my husband decided to come to Fayetteville for some business at the last minute. We drove almost 3 hours from Home. Unfortunately all the hotels was booked because of the Razorback game. Anyway, I called a cousin of mine that knew of this hotel so I guess she knew it wasn't going to be booked. We were really tired and I just wanted to lay down. There was some good and bad about the room. We paid $70 and couldn't even take a hot bath. I just slept on top of the cover in my clothes. I did put a big towel in the bottom of the tub to take a shower the next morning. I will start with the good. The water was very hot, the bed was comfortable, they had refrigerator and microwave, convenient location. The bad was, tub was terrible, too much noise outside (all night), too much traffic for a small motel, nasty pipes, vent in bathroom nasty, dirty wall, ceiling need to be fix. Hopefully this review will make them fix the place up for their customers. It's not right to not fix the rooms up if they're going to be renting them out to people. Here's the pictures to prove it!!! SMH!

Very disappointed customer

We stayed about a year ago. As lovers of untouched vintage, this was ideal! The man working the counter was friendly. It was, of course, a small room with old, but clean, retro tiled bathroom. We didn't expect anything grand and we were very comfortable there. It was just my hubs and I, no kids. I'd stay again!
