We went as a group of 12 friends in 6 couples for a group 40th birthday celebration for a long weekend. Honestly we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.  The rooms were all beautifully decorated, king size rooms with an en suite for each one that was the size of a normal family bathroom. 

Our room had a bath and a television, we watched a movie together while I was in the bath and he was in bed - bliss. 

The facilities are just perfect. The little snug room is great for if you want to get a bit of peace, the hot tub was so much fun and we cooked several meals in the kitchen and on the barbecue.  Plenty of crockery , cookware and glassware was available for all of us. 

We didn’t need to leave but felt like we should so we went out into Worcester, which was lovely and the cathedral tour to the roof is recommended. 

Plenty of personal and social space, I can’t think of anything I would have changed.

Perfect for a trip away with friends

Stayed with a group of 12 friends so had the whole house to ourselves
All the rooms are 1st class and with plenty of toiletries etc. It is spotlessly clean,comfortable full of extras like hairdryers irons etc. And done to a very high standard.
The open plan kitchen, diner, lounge area is immaculate and is ideal for large parties. I don’t know how good it would be if you had to share with people you didn’t know.
The outside area is great and with a table tennis table,pool table,darts board,bbq,pizza oven and fire pit and gym you will never get bored.
The house is within walking distance to a host of restaurants and bars so the place from every angle is ideal.
We also used the large jacuzzi and it was brill. 

We did have an issue with a leak in the house while we were there but it was fixed immediately so it wasn’t an issue.

However this place could be outstanding with a little bit of thought and care.
We cooked on several occasions and found all the utensils
Etc first class apart from one drawer of trays which were covered in rust.
The windows were dirty,the fire escape was covered in moss and grime and was dangerous and there were large cobwebs in the kitchen area when we got there.
General tidyness in the outside area fell short and there were a lot of hoses and ropes lying around outside.

Apart from these minor faults this place was exceptional I would recommend any large group go and stay there and if I had to recommend to a friend I would say you are not going to get better facilities anywhere else and if we are in that part of the country we will stay there again

Although rating this very good,with a bit more TLC this place could become outstanding.   

Stayed as part of a group! Amazing property! Georgeous features and exquisitely decorated inside and outside! Bed comfortable! Loved the outside bbq area. Even though the house is big it’s still cosy inside. We didn’t want to leave.

Amazing place!

We booked to come on 19 which was a Saturday and late on the Friday we get an email saying our booking is cancelled!!! Had they taken the time to call they would have had payment in full!! it is  impossible to get hold of whomever makes the bookings even before I they cancelled I was trying to arrange a special surprise, as my wife starts treatment soon and its our last hurrah so to speak!! very disappointed!! Thanks for a big Nothing,!!!!

Defunct

Spent one night. The apartment was well furnished and clean and a well equipped kitchen.Internet and parking all good. 
The only negative was the people above us, we got in around 11:45pm and the noise was a constant walking around sounded like someone rolling things across the floor. It went on/ off until 3am. It went quiet for an hour and then the noise started around 5am. In the end we got up about 6am and left to go home. Not the best nights sleep we have ever had.

Great apart from noisy neighbours

I really liked the look of the apartment, the location was good and the rooms were modern and well decorated. What let the apartment down was the cleanliness, a hair in the cutlery draw, stain on the mattress protector that was visible through the actual bed sheet and just left, cobwebs in the corners of the room, , hairs in the bed, dust, stains on the sofa and food stains on the sofa cushions. I think these are basic things that should be attended to and I think it was completely unacceptable! Ruined my stay here.
