Suffered intermittent noise from approximately midnight until 2.30am and the Wi-Fi was abysmal (0.5mbs!!!!!!)
Had to purchase a premium package for an extra cost of 5 pounds in order to have a useable service!!!!!!
Was offered the opportunity to change rooms, but totally impractical at 2.30am.
Was NOT offered any form of compensation.

A bit noisey and very poor Wifi

Would recommend this hotel as staff were lovely and very helpful. Parking was also easy to find. This hotel was in close proximity to where I needed to be and it was a clean place to stay for the night. I would return here if need be.

Great night stay.

We stayed here for Christmas holiday, to see family and friends. Stayed here several times over the last 12 years. Excellent time here, made to feel most welcome. A big thankyou to Claire, Will, Pam and all the team, can't remember everyone's names. We look forward to staying again later this year.

Christmas holiday

Every thing was great. The bed was comfy. The shower was fab. The meal deal was great value.  Good 2 course dinner with a drink and absolutely great breakfast.  Staff very helpful & friendly. Will definately stop over here again when driving from Scotland down to Surrey

Perfect place to stopover

Just spent 3 nights there through work commitments, at a cost of £1,200 for 4 nights, for 2 rooms, the smell in the corridor was not pleasant and when I entered my room I was greeted to a bed, nothing else no bedside Table, no sofa nothing, TV remote was taped together but batteries just kept falling out, but the biggest issue was the cold, the heating would come on and then go off after 5 mins, I had to go to Reception and ask for a portable heater which was very limited, I cant tell you how cold it was. The Restaraunt next door was an absolute joke, you ordered at the Bar and every night after the Main Meal I would have to go to the Bar and ask where my Dessert was, The Staff were all no older than 16/17 but they tried their best, the food was Vile, freezing cold Burger last night, a positive note cant fault the Staff all friendly and helpful, but I would like to know how the Premier Inn can justify the price we paid when I have stayed in better Hostels, hopefully I hope I never have to set foot in that place again.

Horrendous

The receptionist was lovely, the bed was solid me and my partner didn’t sleep at all both night and our friend didn’t either which was in a total different room. The bathroom was standard what you’d expect from a bathroom.


Premier inn

Stayed for 2 nights last week in a family room (with my two children aged 10 and 13).  I've stayed before and keep returning due to location and price. It is close to my parents when i visit them. Always a comfortable sleep and we have breakfast next door each time.  Although i do take my own pillow as I find theirs too high.  Got a lovely hand written note in our room, along with a box of biscuits, to say enjoy your stay. the kids were thrilled!

Always a good sleep

Everything as expected from Premier Inn, room spotless and restful. Staff were brilliant and helpful. Breakfast Food as good   as usual. Good location for what we wanted. Carpark was clean and tidy. Everything was what we’ve become used to at Premier Inn.

Perfect

Had a very comfortable stay recently at this hotel.  The receptionist was so friendly on arrival and couldn’t do enough for us.  The rooms were spotlessly clean and warm.  We had breakfast the following morning and it was all very good quality.

Wigan Junction 25

Arrived on 20th December, great greeting from Will on reception. (Apologies if name is wrong). Allocated a very comfortable room but sadly a shower only,  no bath. (We live in France with only a shower, so a bath on visits to UK is a luxury.) Not a problem for Will, he changed our room  and gave us a gift of 2 small bottles of wine, top marks!!
Dec 22nd, my birthday and after a day of family visiting, delighted to return to see 2 small bottles of wine and chocolate together with a happy birthday note from the Team at J25 M6.
All in all, we have no complaints whatsoever and will be our hotel of choice for further Uk visits.
