Had another great stay at Crescent Garden House, have stayed on a number of previous occasions and it never disappoints.
Great rooms always very clean, breakfast is superb and location is ideal for exploring Whitby.
Will hopefully be staying here again soon:

Great Holiday

Our 4th stay in this hotel, prime position on West cliff with lovely sea views. Would highly recommend room 6 situated on first floor at front of property. (View from room picture attached) No lift to Upper floors but does have rooms which have disabled access to lower ground floor. 
All rooms we have stayed in are good size, comfortable and clean, Tea / coffee making facilities in room, replenished daily.
Excellent buffet style breakfast, covid safety measures in place I.e masks, social distancing etc. Parking permit given for duration of stay, we always manage to get a space near front of hotel on crescent. 
Hosts welcoming and friendly, would highly recommend this hotel but you need to book in good time.

Prime position

Always enjoy returning to Whitby and when you find a home away from home its even better. Can sit back and relax knowing what to expect and the consistency of good friendly service and a great breakfast keeps us going back.  The location is fantastic and the hotel is clean and tidy  definately recommend.

Great place to stay

We stayed here for 3 nights, when booking we were unable to get a sea view or a suite room, ( wish we had booked earlier)..as from the photos these rooms look absolutely amazing,
So our room was at the back, ..not huge,but perfectly formed..
The little touches in the room helps make this hotel the beautiful place it is..
Plenty of tea, coffee, hot chocolate , biscuits, little chocolates, bottles of water,.. toiletries, 
A lovely little jar with, cotton buds, cotton balls, and a mini sewing kit..
The fluffiest white towels .. and immaculate soft bedding..

The breakfast was absolutely amazing, so much to choose from, and stood out to how long it must take them to prepare such healthy options,  and the cooked breakfast was the best in any hotel we have had..

The whole of this hotel is beautiful, and and absolutely immaculate, you can see straight away how hard they work..

We got free parking with this hotel too, that was definitely a bonus..

The views from this hotel are amazing, and in a beautiful area..
My only gripe is the steps to get into the town , only a 8/10 minute stroll .. but I’m terrible with steps lol..
But there is a road way too..

Absolutely beautiful

Really nice people lovely warm, clean rooms, great big shower. Lovely food great choice of breakfast items. The only thing it lacked was an ordinary brown sauce as well as the fruity, still nice though and plenty of it will certainly be returning. Thanks

Nice hotel

We stayed here for two nights in room 9, which is fantastic. It’s has amazing sea views, separate ‘home from home’ lounge and a huge bathroom that has a fabulous jacuzzi bath. We booked direct and had a parking permit waiting for us well before check-in so that we could start our mini-moon early. Richard welcomed us and was so lovely and helped us in with all of our bags. Natalie was very attentive at breakfast and kept us safe and ensured everyone was adhering to the Covid rules throughout breakfast. It felt so good to be away but also to be kept safe in these unprecedented times.The breakfast was absolutely gorgeous and had such a good assortment. My dietary requirements were also fulfilled without having to ask. The hotel itself is immaculate and in a wonderful position on the west cliff. We would definitely stay here again, the hosts go above and beyond in every way and we cannot wait to come back! Thank you for making our wedding memories so special!

Mini-moon stay

Best hotel in Whitby.  We visit Whitby several times a year and have stayed in lots of B&B’s. This one is by far the best we have stayed in. Huge, clean rooms, soft towels, powerful shower and amazing breakfast. 
The hosts are friendly and keep everything spotless. We stayed in the standard room and it was huge. Better than expected. Breakfast is served buffet style, with a superb range from granola to a full English. You are given a time slot of half an hour to comply with Covid regulations. Rooms have tea, coffee, hot chocolate and treats of biscuits and sweets.
Thank you, will definitely be staying again.

Best in Whitby

Myself and sister , stayed here for 2nights 31st May-2nd June , to attend my daughters wedding at Whitby registry office (5 mins round the corner) , my daughter and her fiancé also stayed here. The welcome was warm and friendly and we were taken aback to the beauty of the decor ,absolutely stunning!  The bedrooms were immaculate and tastefully decorated , really lovely. Plenty of teas ,coffees made available in the room,and complimentary biscuits,that was a nice little touch . Breakfast was self service and was to die for!! I had the full English and it was delicious.Plenty of other choices ,everything was so fresh , couldn’t fault the breakfast whatsoever. The owners were so helpful and friendly,and on the day of my daughters wedding,they surprised us all by putting bubbly on ice,a card and “just married” bunting in the happy couples room,that was a lovely personal touch that means a lot to us. The location is fantastic,everything you need is nearby,plenty of stunning views.  Our few days spent in Whitby were such happy memorable days not just because of my daughters wedding but also the hotel was perfect and added to the magic . Will definitely stay again ,we all loved it . 😀

Beautiful building ,great hospitality

We stayed here for our 30th Wedding Anniversary. Beautiful room with a Seaview. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and ever covid precaution was thought of and adhered too.
Crescent Garden Hotel is situated in a lovely location with walks in either direction and very close to the town. Richard and Natalie were very helpful and a lovely couple who through these trying times try to make everyone's stay pleasant and safe. 
The lounge and bar area looked lovely although we didn't have cause to use it during our two night stay it was handy to know it was available from 12 to 7pm.
Breakfast was beautiful too and the only thing I would think future guest would appreciate would be maybe a slightly bigger window of 45 minutes to get and eat your food as the 30 minutes just feels abit rushed especially if you are the last couple to go up and collect your food you have less time to eat it but this wasn't a big thing for us we still had a lovely stay.

Perfect stay

Very well appointed hotel that is spotlessly clean and decorated to a high standard, the bedrooms are light and spacious with some thoughtful touches for your comfort & convenience, breakfast is nothing short of gorgeous. Well worth a visit.
