Staff were excellent and friendly throughout the stay.
The room was clean and tidy and smelt fresh. There was an issue with a squeaky floor board but we worked round this for the visit. Show was hot and powerful giving a refreshing shower.
The restaurant staff were good and the waitress we had dealt with my guest who had allergies. Checked every item and even advised that the onion rings were done in the same fryer as mushrooms. Had a mushroom allergy.
The car park could do with the bays being remarked out and ensure all people park within a bay and not dump the car across two bays.



West Bromwich Premier Inn stay

Would not recommend 
Room and bed was not clean, toilet was very dirty I think was not checked at all, tv was not working, sofa in the room had a very strange smell.
Went out of the room and when I came back room key didn’t work, I had to go back to reception 3 times to fix the key 
I was not happy with the experience and I checked out after about 2 hours 
I stayed in a few places but none of them had so many problems 

Room was not very clean, toilet was dirty and hotel has a funny smell

We were up in West Brom for a wedding and reception, it was great couple of nights, nice hotel clean and friendly staff. The reception staff were friendly and the The Table Table restaurant next door served good food.

I stayed here 2 weekends in a row due to travel and seeing family. First visit was fine , what I expected, minor issue with having to go up and down asking for extra towels as only one left. Other than that was fine! 2nd stay was disgusted by black mould floating in the bath with me. The over flow and plug were thick with it! No one on reception when I left in morning , on return for 2nd night I told the receptionist who apologised but done nothing else . Too tired to think I had to shower . Again having to go back down and up as not enough towels were supplied ! After making a complaint and a phone call to the receptionist the night I checked out I am still awaiting a response…. Poor show

Excellent hotel. Very clean and accommodating. Staff are very friendly, always happy to help, great customer service. Food is great, restaurant offers a variety of food. Would definitely return again. The best premier inn I have stayed in.

Excellent hotel.

We stayed here for two nights in January 2023 to attend a conference in Birmingham. Everything about the place was easy-going and relaxed. There was plenty of parking on arrival, the check-in was simple and the staff friendly. The room was standard Premier Inn: good size, clean and comfortable. The beds really aren't the same since Premier Inn switched to SilentNight from Hypnos, but otherwise a good stay. Only thing that prevented us from giving it a max 5 rating was the price, which although for Birmingham wasn't too bad, it's still quite expensive, especially as the rooms are the standard. Would happily stay again though for the right price. The location is also good for walking to the tram line and catching that into the City Centre, which is nice if you fancy a break from driving.

Simple, comfy, easy...

Not sure what has happened to their £29 a night they used to do?! Paid £50 for one night, was only a place to sleep as we had day plans. Ordered a family room and got a twin room. Breakfast options were poor, not like other p/inn breakfasts, my daughter only ever really likes the pancakes and blueberry muffins. They didn’t have either of these. A few bits of bread that people had to keep asking staff to top us and some croissants. Cooked breakfast was burnt and the eggs rubbery.

I don't want to say too much about the hotel part..... It was clean. The room we had lacked basic facilities such as a USB charging point, draws to store any clothes etc. The TV obviously hadn't had it's channels updated for at least a year (The RT channels showed up but, of course, no picture. Also a lot of channels in the wrong place)... However, this is West Bromwich and I must admit that I'd show similar lack of interest if I too lived in this dire part of the world.
Also, might be a good idea to provide a toilet bowl brush..... 

The hedge alongside the entrance is over-strewn with litter...a horrible sight but,again, not unlike a lot of West Bromwich. I'm sure the management must know..... you can't miss it..... but obviously don't really care. Can't say I blame them.

The attached pub/restaurant is ok for an evening meal, but the cooked breakfasts served in the morning are of an extremely low quality. Cheap flavourless sausages, bacon like cardboard, black pudding almost raw and slimy although they did manage to cook it right the first morning..... Baked beans?... well I guess it's hard to muck that one up, so you get a plus for that. Also a coffee machine that you don't need a degree in ergonomics to operate..... also a plus.
We have to come back again for a few days in March, but we'll be staying somewhere else.... I've stayed in a lot better Premier Inns than this one....

Not the best......

Two night stay and wasn’t disappointed. Reception staff were lovely and helpful too. 
Room was very very clean. 
Girl doing the housekeeping we’re really pleasant and lovely to talk too. Especially Julie and Natalie. A credit to that hotel. 
I will absolutely be returning :) 

Brilliant staff. 

We have stayed in many Premier inns all over the country, when we arrived there was a little note and come biscuits waiting for us this is the first time ever we have had this. The room was clean and very comfortable and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. 

Breakfast was OK i think we were theist table so had to ask for certain things like hot water, spread for the toast ect but it wasn't an issue the hot food was really hot and well cooked. 

We will 100% come back here when in the area again.
