Enjoyable stay, receptionist Katie very pleasant and friendly and helpful cudnt do enough for you, with invoice receipts, top up on condiments for room and anything Room required, credit to the company, fantastic to talk to and nice personality

Great relaxing place to stay

Really impressed with the service at this Travelodge. We booked accessible accommodation on the day and Skye came in so that we could stay.
Katie was very helpful when we arrived explaining we couldn't check in until there were 2 members of staff on site.
After having a rubbish day due to issues with moving to the area so it was nice to see a friendly face. Katie also made us drinks, which was much appreciated.
We are very happy with how helpful Katie and Skye are and thought this should be highlighted.

 Was met by a lovely
Woman called nadia who had my room ready 1 hr 10 mins early as rung up explaining mental health needed a break lovely and understanding who made your  stay relaxing . On the evening was met by an amazing member off staff katie who treated me like a human would chat and went got
Me extra tea bags and sugar we all know how much we need our brews for night time and mornings . 
They certainly made my stay worth while  and house keeping carnt fault
Them . The amazing cleanliness off room and effort they put in for me
To mess it up
By going to bed straight away.

A MUST STAY !!!!!

I had the pleasure of staying here this week and it was brilliant . The room was clean bed was comfy. Very close to town and shops. Right down the road from snow dome. Receptionist was skye she was very kind and helpful . Would definitely recommend staying here and I will be back .

Wonderful staff

I love this place. Came with my baby and stayed 2 nights. Staff were always so happy to help eventhough I was a pain in the backside. Hotel room was 100% clean and I’m a germaphobe I can confirm that I felt comfortable there. Thank you <3 

Amazing. Coming again 

Can't fault anything. Staff were so helpful. Room was great. Stayed here before. It was when it was snowy weather. The room was lovely and warm. Even though it was wet and snowy outside the entrance was lovely and clean. Great parking. 

Highly Recommend 

Easy to book online, got a twin room for under £40. Checkin easy, car parking fine and free,secure entrance and room was clean and adequate for our 1 night stay,v friendly staff, couldnt expect anymore 

GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY

Stayed here for one night. 
had an upgrade to a premium room, very clean, fab shower, overall a great stay, great price, conveniently placed for Train Station and shops. Will definitely stay here again when next in Tamworth.

Last minute stay

We received a very warm welcome.  The room was very tidy and clean. The reception was very helpful.  There was a dog staying on our floor whobarked a bit, wasn't sure you were able to have pets in the hotel.

Very Wecoming

The hotel looks amazing since they've had the refurb done, the rooms look great, so much better then the old rooms, the staff are amazing the manager should be proud of his hotel never had a problem with my rooms.
