Stayed for one night , got there at 15.15 Alisha on  reception was lovely and friendly as was Cameron both lovely and helpful as we came down for dinner a lady called nichola was lovely aswell been here a few time never had a bad time had a lovely meal next door the room was clean and shower was perfect

A one night away

Really good stay at Southport. All the staff were very helpful and polite. Great location and value for money.
We always choose to stay at Premier Inns if we can due to the points mentioned above.
Thank you all at Southport Central. We'll definitely stay again.

Great Southport Central.

Booked a weekend away with the family, stayed there before so I knew it was a nice, clean hotel. Used it as a chance to spend some family time on the adjesent retail park going bowling and getting something to eat.

It was a very nice night overall and the kids couldn’t speak highly enough of the hotel, which me and my wife already knew having stayed there before

This is my go to place either for a break on my own or a mini break with family.Staff always friendly and helpful. Rates are reasonable too. Highly recommended . Right next door to a Brewers fayre too. They don’t disappoint either. Shops close by and cinema a stone’s throw away

Mini break

This is a fairly well-located hotel, and the room rates - at least in January - were very good.  It lies between the town centre and the sea front, in a well-lit area with parking, a cinema, Nando's etc.

Staff were friendly, our room was clean, quiet at night-time, the bed was comfortable and the cooked breakfast was very good - all cooked fresh to order.

There were just a few downsides.  We had booked a table for our evening meal at the adjoining Brewers Fayre, at 6.30pm and ordered at the bar a few minutes later.  It was not until after 7pm that our meals arrived, whereas guests who came in around 7pm were only waiting 10 minutes.  I can only assume that this was due to a backlog because of the daily meal promotion offer that ends at 6pm.  The restaurant manager really needs to sort out the issue as I guess it occurs regularly.

Also my main course of scampi and chips was very meagre.

My only other gripe was that the TV in the room was not at all user-friendly - the remote took a while to connect each time, it was not possible to go straight from the menu to watch a TV channel, and generally the model seemed very out of date.

Other than this, all was ok.

Generally ok but a few glitches

Very nice staff especially Martin the barman who helped us with a jump start on our car, saved the day!! it was also great to have the Brewers fayre attached to the premises. overall a great stay, and night out!

great couple of days

The hotel was lovely,  our room was spotlessly clean.

All staff I saw was pleasant and all spoke.

Very nice restaurant attached and lots of free parking. 
Location was central for walking into town.
Would recommend. 



Great stay at southport Central 

I stayed at premier inn in February the rooms was amazing staff was great. Janet was very helpful defo be back here in the summer. Food and play area next door was great. Lots to do for kids in Southport as well.

Weekend break

Stayed here once before and we were happy with our stay however, the second time we stayed we were in an older style room that needed a bit of TLC in the bathroom. Most of the staff we met were absolutely lovely but a handful really let the rest down. Won’t be staying here again because of that.

Staff could be better

Helpful and friendly reception, catering and domestic staff. Value for money breakfasts. Clean room with spacious bathroom and shower. Free car park if needed. Well situated for town centre and Lord Street. Within walking distance to bus servies and train station.
