I’ve just come back from a great weekend away and my husband‘s birthday, we stay in large number five very easy to find. Is in the middle of no where so go shop before you get there. Upon entering the lodge, it looks extremely clean very looked after and smelt very nice. It was extremely private and well situated lovely view of the pond and the ducks which are three year old enjoyed to see you in the morning. The hot tub was amazing. You met a lovely cleaning lady on the Sunday as we had a little walk around, who said we could have a look at the other lodges which all extremely well maintain and nice. When we left on Monday, they were draining out all the hot tub,giving them a good clean and filling them back up ready for the next guest. We we use the design outlet (great shopping centre) park-and-ride which was 15 minute drive from the large and then 10 minute bus journey into York less than £4 per person. An absolutely fantastic trip and definitely will be coming back again
