We had a great stay here! Harriet was really accommodating, and let me clean and lock my bike in a secure shed. 
Room was lovely, as was breakfast :) it was nice to stay somewhere outside of central Rye as it was quieter, especially the Oak pub which was a few mins walk away

Lovely host and breakfast!

Superb comfortable and immaculate room, with a huge bed - we paid a little extra for but was worth it.  Had the best nights sleep in weeks. Tea and coffee making in the room. And heating we could control.  The breakfast was perfect and the whole place is dog friendly with walks from the door. It could not have been better. many thanks.

We stayed in a pet friendly room here with our two dogs and the welcome was lovely and hospitable. Clean and stylish rooms, great for dog owners as there is an  enclosed area you can just let the dogs wander easily. Lovely breakfast and ample parking. About a mile outside of Rye with some lovely pubs close by.

Pug and Frenchie friendly!

We stayed at the campsite for a long weekend. Having stayed at lots of campsites before, this one is really lovely. Harriet the owner has worked extremely hard to make sure everything you need is there. From washing up bowls, to washing up liquid, a fridge freezer including pens to mark your items. Everything is covered, and everything spotlessly clean. I love how clean this site is. I love that everything is in such good repair, and how far the owner goes to keep everyone comfortable. I would be so happy to recommend this site to anyone. It is really nice. It has all the convenience of a big site, with the personal touches of a small site. 

Very clean, well run campsite and B&B with lovely owner

Really great site, generous sized pitches, showers etc all really clean and modern. There’s a fridge freezer and a microwave as well as somewhere to charge phones for those without electric hook up. Leaflets with directions to walk into Rye and also directions for the best cycle route to avoid hills. Pub 5 mins down the road but the walk into Rye across the fields was beautiful where are lots of lovely pubs. Campsite owner (Harriette) was really friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend it!

Great campsite, fantastic location.

The room was excellent with all necessary facilities and really good value. The wonderfully friendly host provided an excellent full English breakfast for our early morning departure.  Couldn't be better.

The owner needs to get a reality check, horrible man child, I.dont know.who.he thinks he is? I would never stay there with such a rude boy running it, ive never been so insulted, if you like being talked down to then visit this place

Horrible management

We booked this after seeing really good reviews and it didn’t disappoint!!!! Harriet is the most lovely and helpful host who I initially booked directly with. We chose oak room and it was just beautiful!!!!!! So warm, cosy, light, spacious and everything we could ask for!!!! Everything is catered for that you need as well as loads of storage space! We had the most amazing stay and will 100% return!!!

Friendly staff. Very clean. Spacious pitches.
Adequate toilets and showers, with hot water. Washing up facilities. Fire pits available. Freezer available for public use.
Bus stop right outside. Pub with good food, a short walk. Other pubs and supermarket, a short drive.

What’s not to like? Care is required when exiting the site, as gateway is on a bend.
