Great team

Friendly staff.  Easy and smooth check-in. Excellent location (with appropriate facilities  in particular car parking)  for my trip.  Clean and comfortable room except for the bin which had not been emptied. Good value for money. Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable stay

Overall the hotel and room was exactly as I expected from a Premier Inn.  The only issue was the smell of weed that was wafting up to the room.
Breakfast was fresh and the service from the staff was great

Business Trip

Had a great time at premier inn, very friendly staff and a special thank you to a lady called Ghizlane who made sure our room was ready for an early check in, the room was clean and the food at the restaurant was great, thank you premier inn.

Stefan, the receptionist, totally deserves a big pat on the back for doing such a great job. Compared to other folks at the front desk, he's like a shining star. Right from the get go, Stefan's friendliness and how he handles things make the office feel welcoming and friendly.

He's not just good at his job; he's way better than the other receptionists. Stefan knows what he's doing and does it well. Unlike some others, he's really good at talking to people. Whether it's answering phones or helping out visitors, he makes things easy and nice for everyone.

Stefan's not the kind to crack under pressure either. Even when things get hectic, he stays cool and handles everything like a champ. Compared to the other receptionists, he's the one who can juggle multiple things without dropping the ball.

Stefan's the go-to guy, and his consistent hard work makes him a real asset to the team. When you look at how he does compared to the others, it's pretty clear he's not just doing his job – he's making a positive difference every day. Big thumbs up for Stefan!

A Standout Receptionist

Had a great stay at this Premier Inn.  The location was excellent and the standards of comfort and cleanliness was to their usual high quality.  What made it special for us was the friendly and efficient staff.  A decent breakfast made it a good visit.

Typical Premier Inn, can't fault it really.  Decent room, comfy bed, staff were helpful, bar was good, room was clean and tidy and quiet.

What more do you write about a Premier Inn.  Did exactly what they always do and for a decent price.

Situated on the outskirts of Derby near Pride Park this hotel was warm and had a comfortable bed.
The restaurant was  one of their own so we did not use it.
The room only cost £50 for the night,we only stayed for the night;

Comfortable room

Very comfortable beds, super clean rooms and easy to book made this an ideal place to stay. The staff were friendly and the hotel was located 3 miles away from the party we were invited to so was ideal. Would definitely book again

The hotel is in great location, the room was clean and very good standard. The service was excellent and I enjoyed my stay in Premier Inn Peterborough. Food was good both for breakfast and dinner. I can recommend it to others.
